  My wife and I are getting older and wanted to move closer to her family in Florida and also the cold New England winters were getting to be too much. I hit the lottery when Gene Skripnikov called me from the Florida Coastal Team - LPT Realty and became my Realtor. Gene provided professional expert advice and guided me through the whole home purchasing process. I didn't just gain a Realtor, but a trusted friend and advisor.

  Gary and his team that we worked with were professional and EXTREMELY helpful to my fiance and myself. As new home buyers we had zero idea what we were doing and through the entire process the Florida Coastal Team kept us informed, up to date, and worked hard for us and made something that was overwhelming seem much more manageable. Final note we had issues when we were securing the title and the entire Florida Coastal Team helped us figure it out and sort it out before it caused us issues. These guys will forever be my real estate choice but unfortunately for them they helped us find our forever home. Trust me these guys are awesome give them a shot!

  Chris and his team we're great to work with when buying a home in St. Augustine. We worked mainly with Carrie and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable of the area as well as great at keeping us on track with everything involved in the whole process. We would absolutely work with them again!
