The ladies in the office are super friendly, I did my tour with Salma and she was very knowledgable and covered all the questions I had before I even asked them. The amenities are also really nice and the overall experience was great.

I’ve had a great experience here! The pool area is beautiful, clean, and such a nice place to relax. The maintenance team also deserves a shoutout. They are friendly, responsive, and always willing to help when something comes up. You can tell they really care about the community and the residents. Definitely a great place to call home!
Logan (Maintenance Tech) is a standout member of the team at Brisa. When my apartment was struck by lightning, he showed genuine concern for the situation and kept me informed throughout the process. He coordinated the necessary response and ensured everything was handled in a timely manner. His professionalism, communication, and follow through made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. I appreciate his dedication and the support he provided.

I had a great experience at Brisa Apartments! The property is well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and professional. I especially want to thank Neha for all of her help throughout the process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel valued. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. I highly recommend Brista Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Not even up for debate or questions. 3 years living. 2 mgmt companies, multiple turnover in maintenance.
Went from luxury to trailer park. No amenities work, the gate broke for months, pool, car wash, gym, dog run, all downhill.
The overall condition of the property. Mold abatement, under constant construction, every balcony is under construction. dumpsters everywhere, obviously loud all day.
I documented many of the issues with photos and videos because I felt it was important to keep an accurate record of what I was experiencing. Medical records, etc
I gave them the opportunity to do the right thing, nope.
You can see what the day in the life is in my videos and pics.
Ohh, and they want to charge me 4k and take my security deposit for early termination for job relocation. Here is the email:
Rather than address the documented substance of those concerns, management made both proposed move-out options conditional upon removing the reviews.
I am posting the terms accurately so prospective residents can evaluate this conduct for themselves.
Early Termination: Move out by July 31, 2026, with an early termination fee of $4,000 (2 months' rent).
60-Day Notice: Move out by September 10, 2026 (60 days from your July 10 notice), with total rent owed through September 10 equaling $2,666.
Please note that both options are contingent upon removing any online reviews.
Please let me know which option you decide to go forward with.
Thank you,
