  We’ve been at Waters Pointe almost a year now and we love it! Kate and Keniethia are great at communicating updates to the community, are always open to hearing questions or concerns, and even plan fun events every now and then! Maximo and the maintenance team work hard to address requests in a timely manner and do their best to make sure issues don’t persist. All around, we’re very happy here and find it a great place to call home right on the water.

  We’ve lived here for two years now and truly love it. The maintenance team is always quick to fix anything that comes up, which makes a huge difference. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The rent also feels very fair for everything you get, which is so hard to find. One of our favorite parts is the incredible view.. we have water views from every window and regularly see birds, dolphins and even manatees right from our balcony! Overall, it’s been such a positive experience that we honestly don’t see ourselves moving anytime soon. Highly recommended!

  My husband and I moved to Waters Pointe about a month ago from NY. We did everything remotely from NY with the help of Marena, who is the assistant property manager. Marena was so sweet, patient and helpful throughout the entire process and made the move and transition here so smooth and seamless. Once we got here, we met Daniel the property manager who is fantastic and is working hard to make many positive changes around the property. We also met Charlie the leasing agent who has been equally amazing and kind. The entire team truly is wonderful and so friendly! This was a big move for us and they all made us feel right at home immediately. We couldn’t be happier with having chosen Waters Pointe to be our new home

  Too many dogs barking and peeing. I love my apartment though.
