  Bryan was an absolute Godsend. I'm a first time homebuyer with basically no knowledge of the industry, and he was incredibly knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. Even when I felt like I was asking wayyyy too many questions and all over the place! He genuinely cares, he made it evident both in the way he talked about past clients and as he helped me. He truly goes above and beyond I cannot recommend him enough!!

  When we first met Bryan, he talked about his “boots on the ground” approach. We liked what we heard, but little did we know just how literally we were going to put those boots to work! We were selling our house from another state, so having someone we could completely trust to be there in person was incredibly important. And Bryan delivered—big time. The day before our first showing, Bryan discovered a leak in the house. While we were hundreds of miles away, he immediately jumped into action. He found a crew to take care of the problem, coordinated what needed to be done, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was truly our eyes, ears, and boots on the ground when we needed him most. And as if dealing with an unexpected leak the day before the first showing wasn’t enough, Bryan found us a buyer on the very first day! Despite the unexpected surprise, everything came together, and we closed in just 30 days. Bryan’s “boots on the ground” promise turned out to be much more than a great sales pitch—it was exactly what we needed. He went above and beyond to make selling our home from another state as smooth and stress-free as possible. We are so grateful for everything Bryan did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who truly shows up for his clients—boots and all!
