  We went to the property today for a tour. The property is so beautiful and has so many amenities! Everyone we met was so inviting and nice, upon entering the property we were greeted by the maintenance man Mike G, he was so informative and helpful. This is definitely the property for us!

  Mike G, the maintenance guy is awesome, so helpful I was walking down taking my trash out and he saved me some time and took it for me I appreciated it so much :)

  We stopped in for tour information and Mike G, I believe he said he was a maintenance tech, spoke to us on the way into the office, he was super helpful making sure we got to the office and connected with all the right people. Such a beautiful complex. Excited to take a tour later this week!

  Absolutely gorgeous apartments and kind staff. I took a tour the other day and everyone was so kind and helpful. I was greeted at the door with a smile by the maintenance man Mike G and he led me to the office.

  Honestly, I’ve seen my fair share of luxury apartments in Sarasota but Velo Lux Apt is on a completely different level! First impression, walking through the front doors literally feels like checking into a brand-new Westin hotel. It’s that Wow factor right from the start! The whole place is immaculate, and the vibe is incredibly relaxing. The location is perfect, and the amenities are top notch . It’s a secure, gated community with a gorgeous resort-style pool with hot tub surrounded by an outdoor lounge area and pristine pickleball courts with overhead lights. But the absolute craziest perk? They give residents a free daily pass for premium coffee, beer, and wine. I’ve never seen another building do that. As amazing as the property is, the real reason we are so dead-set on leasing here is our leasing agent, Amber. If management sees this, up her commissions per unit! We had a ton of questions, and our tour ended up running way past closing time. Instead of rushing us out the door or checking her watch, Amber stayed late, walked us through multiple layouts, and patiently broke down all the different options. She knows the property inside and out and genuinely cared about advocating for us to find the exact right fit. They are running a spectacular promo right now, so if you're looking for a new place, definitely go check it out. Just do yourself a huge favor and make sure you ask for Amber. She went completely out of her way for us, and I am not one to give reviews on apt tours but I needed to give some insight after the 5 star customer service we received from Amber! Can’t wait to call Velo home! Thanks again, Amber and the entire staff at Velo Lux Apts!
