  Tim was "TEMENDOUS" Professional, always available, kind, understanding, knowlegable, respectful, responsive. And above all extremely honest and oozes with integrity! I had looked for year. I had delt with two unscrupulous and unprofessional shady brokers. Therefore I had a bad taste in my mind and low opinion about brokers, and My wife and me were determine to simply use my bank. Chase Bank. However Thanks to God,; WE FOUND TIM AND PIONEER!! We would never have found our home and felt confident to move forward and purchase with out Tim's guidance, and the team at Pioneer.   Tim Lyons made what could have been one of the most overwhelming parts of buying my first home feel smooth, manageable, and truly supported. As a first-time homebuyer, I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for everything he did for me throughout this process. From the very beginning, Tim was attentive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things in a way that made sense. He consistently checked in, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood each step along the way. No matter how busy things got, he made me feel like a priority. What stood out the most was how he handled a very stressful situation. I was literally preparing to close on a home when everything suddenly fell through due to title issues with the seller. I was devastated and unsure of what to do next, but Tim immediately stepped in and got to work behind the scenes. In less than two weeks, he helped move everything forward so I could get into another home, making what could have been a heartbreaking setback so much easier to handle.
