- KKK KDec 2, 20225.0The nicest people! Joleisy was my leasing agent and was amazing. Even all of my neighbors commented on her professionalism, kindness and approachability. She was so in tune with the kind of tenant my house needed. Any issues were resolved promptly and with great communication. They even have a wonderful renters package to take care of the air filters! This set my mind as ease so much. My house went through a hurricane with tenants and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent or company on my side. I highly recommend both Relax and Joleisy for any kind of rental services, either as an owner or lessee!
- LGLorena GomezJun 12, 20221.0Relax realty is terrible and just money hungry. They want to pay 945 and up for a cheap place they can’t even fix up. I’ve complained about the porch falling apart and NOTHING happened I complained about the broken fridges they kept bringing into my house and was told they wouldn’t replace it again and to make it work it took almost a MONTH to replace it in fact. They only care about money literally the entire complex cannot stand Joleisey at all. She doesn’t care that they’ve complained about their toilets backing up into the neighbors homes. They just don’t care they need to demolish the place and start from the ground up. It’s honestly ridiculous. Relax realty waited till AFTER I moved out to fix the porch which was a hazard that they refused to fix.
