  Alex Carona ‘ durning our first initial phone conversation had put me at ease that my first time home rental experiences was gonna be a breeze! Everything went by the numbers , the approval was simultaneously. I’m completely assured that moving forward my first time home buying experience will be the same! . Most importantly, I recently learned that while establishing relationships with other realtors and reality groups, it’s about confidence and most importantly “communication”. Many are merely interested in big numbers not the “Big Picture Whether buying a new home or a simple rental prior to purchasing , the smallest details matter! Alex Carona had taught clearly explained this and Im confident that my future home purchase will be another success story!   ⚠️ A WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING RENTING A PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY ⚠️ I am writing this because people deserve to know what our experience has been like since this management company took over our property. In our experience, dealing with this management company has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The office is frequently unattended, phone calls often go unanswered, and getting a response or getting something addressed can take an unreasonable amount of time. Meanwhile, residents are left living with problems that should be dealt with promptly. We have experienced issues including mold concerns, a green/unmaintained pool, leaking roofs, and ongoing maintenance problems. When repairs are finally scheduled, the process can take far too long. There have also been situations where workers have come into our home and worked for days, only to leave behind a terrible mess that we are then left to deal with. Communication has also been extremely difficult when workers do not speak English, making it hard to explain concerns or understand what is being done. And then there are the charges and fees. We have been charged for things that, in our opinion, should not be the resident's responsibility. What makes me most upset is that I feel terrible for the property owners. I don't believe they necessarily know what residents are experiencing or how their properties are being handled on a day-to-day basis. We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for a safe, clean, properly maintained home and basic communication from the people being paid to manage the property. If you are an owner considering this management company, I strongly encourage you to talk directly with your tenants and visit your property yourself. Ask residents what is actually happening—not just what you are being told. And if you are a prospective tenant, do your homework before signing a lease. Talk to current residents. Look carefully at the property. Ask how maintenance requests are handled and how quickly problems are actually resolved. This review isn't about being spiteful. It's about warning other people so they don't find themselves in the situation we are in. We have lived through this, and we feel people deserve to hear about it.

  Alex is the man! He made this whole transaction smooth, he was very friendly and helped me with each step and was able to answer all my questions. Its been a long time since I had to move to a new home. If your looking for a new place to rent Alex is your man!!
