  I’ve had a very positive experience at this residential community, and I would especially like to recognize the excellent assistance I received from Assistant Property Manager Jaime Salazar. Jaime was extremely helpful when I needed to move to a different apartment within the community. I was originally living in a smaller unit, and he took the time to help me explore options that would better fit my needs. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to find a larger apartment at a very reasonable price. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he truly cares about helping residents find the best possible solution. Overall, my experience here has been great, and I’m very grateful for Jaime’s support throughout the process. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place with a supportive and attentive management team.

  BE CAREFUL! I really liked the 5 years I lived in there, but the management (the corporate, not the local workers) made my life really difficult. The way they write their contracts is really abusive, where you have to put a notice of 2 months before you leave, and then still pay 2 months of rent. What's the point? If I put a notice 2 months before I leave, I should not have to pay anything, since I'm already telling you in advance. I had to spend almost $8000 out of my pocket to move to the house I bought. TLDR: the place is good, just be careful with shady contracts.

  My only complaint about Marigot Bay apartments is that the apartments, staff and customers service is too wonderful and wasn’t sure who to complain it to! My family and I are are so thrilled to be part of this community and look forward to developing long-lasting relationships!

  The apartments are large and spacious which makes it feel more like a condo than an apartment! They allow dogs up to 100LB max total weight which is amazing for me and my two dogs. The office staff are BEYOND nice and helpful. Seriously, my last apartment complex was a nightmare. Office staff never got back to you with answers, maintenance hardly fixed the problem the first time.. I was very cautious moving into another apartment complex thinking they all must be the same. Not Marigot Bay. They are exceptional.
