- SDsonny duversonneJun 24, 20261.0I strongly discourage anyone from renting at Latitude 27. My experience with this property has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. After moving out on the 31st, I was hit with nearly $4,000 in charges, including numerous fees that were never properly explained or disclosed. On top of that, management is attempting to charge me for an additional month's rent despite the fact that I had already vacated the apartment. The charges are excessive, unreasonable, and make absolutely no sense based on my lease and move-out date. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I made multiple attempts to contact the office to discuss and dispute these charges, yet I was unable to get ahold of anyone who could provide answers or resolve the issue. When residents are being billed thousands of dollars, the least management can do is communicate and explain the basis for the charges. This experience has left me feeling that the property is more focused on collecting money through questionable fees than treating residents fairly. Transparency, accountability, and customer service appear to be nonexistent. Prospective renters should be extremely cautious and carefully review every document before signing a lease here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Latitude 27 to anyone. There are far better places to live that value their residents and operate with greater honesty and professionalism.

- LMLuke MochermanJun 20, 20264.0Moved in a week ago and already love it here. When we moved in, a few issues needed addressed in our unit that had not been fixed prior. In addition, the unit was dirty and had not been thoroughly cleaned (hence the 4 stars). Despite that, everything else has been great. The staff, especially Joselyn in the front office, are wonderful and have been very helpful and accommodating in getting our issues fixed quickly and working around our schedules. The maintenance tech they sent to our unit was polite and professional. We love this community and its layout, the unit itself, and the location. Highly recommend!
