- TBTim Bekmaz4 days ago2.0Stopped into the leasing office apparently during lunch. No greeting nothing. 2 office staff members on shift both taking lunch at the same time? This is our 3rd property we tried to tour and the others bent over backwards walkin for a tour. But I'm really glad I found out now instead of after signing papers so thank you! Enjoy your lunch!

He’s quiet, tidy, and doesn’t really cook much which adds to this mystery but.. theres cockroaches absolutely everywhere. They come out of the cupboards, they hide under the furniture, they crawl out of the kitchen sink… we even found one dead in the freezer. He says he’s had his apartment treated multiple times but the pests still stay. It’s disgusting and it really shocked me as we used to live here about 10 years ago and it was a nice, clean experience. It makes me sad he has to live in such a place. I will be helping him move out as soon as his lease ends. Attached is a video of baby cockroaches on a wall next to the kitchen I saw today.

Llevo menos de un año en el condominio y estoy súper satisfecha con todo. El lugar es tranquilo, limpio, organizado y muy agradable para vivir. Pero lo que más me sorprendió fue la atención del equipo de la oficina. Las chicas del office son simplemente maravillosas, siempre amables, atentas y dispuestas a ayudar en todo. El servicio y la atención que brindan es realmente increíble. Me siento muy cómoda y agradecida de vivir aquí. ¡Recomiendo muchísimo Huntington Place!
