  If I could give a negative I would. Ive been in a living nightmare here with a termite infestation. For months Ive been reaching out sometimes daily about the living bugs we are living with. They get in our food anytime we try to cook or eat at our dining room table as they swarm the lights above stove and table. They crawl on us in our sleep! They invade the bathroom and swarm you if your using the sink near the light. My special needs son has become fearful of even playing in his room let alone sleeping due to the termites. I could go on and on and on about the nightmares this place has become for my family. The risk of the health issues alone is scary not to mention the trauma this is causing. They know they are breaking laws and just dragging their feet on treating it. From the things Im reading in previous reviews and hearing from other tenants this is not a new issue.

  We had a tour for 11:45 we got there a few minutes early and waited the doors were locked the maintenance man came out n said they won’t be able to be with us until a few hours I didn’t receive a call or anything that this tour was cancelled very unprofessional

  “Muy decepcionada con la administración. Han pasado más de 5 meses desde que espero la devolución de mi depósito de seguridad de $1,525 y nadie da respuestas. Llamadas, correos y visitas en persona han sido ignorados. Falta de comunicación y responsabilidad total.”

  We moved into these units three months ago. Everything is very clean, and everyone in the office is very friendly. Our air conditioner stopped working, but they fixed the issue very quickly; while the AC was down, they provided us with a portable unit. It was a weekend, yet they still went out of their way to help us. I am very satisfied—thank you for your work!

  The Maintnence team here at garden grove is amazing! My girlfriend and I moved in not too long ago and have noticed some small issues to which manny and the team jumped into action. Anytime we have an issue they are sure to come fix it in a timely manner and are always so friendly and kind when they do! Definitely recommend for any Maintnence issues!
