  Note: A few months ago I was asked by an Associa VP to remove my review with the agreement that their service would improve. They continue to not respond to inquiries and our community has continued to be neglected. Associa has been terrible at managing our association. They have continued to run through managers who never get anything done while the property continues to become more and more rundown. The only thing that they communicate about is collecting payments, otherwise getting a response from them is impossible

  Takes forever to pay vendors. And when they drop the ball after two months the of being late they still have zero urgency and to be honest I don’t think they would ever pay if you didn’t follow up every day.

  I’ve tried for a year now to have help and support but sadly they ignore our requests and move on. We have over 12 requests for roof repairs etc in their portal yet they close the case and fail to respond. I wish I had better things to say. But their failure to support our neighborhood is disgraceful and shows gross disregard.

  HUGE shout out to Mathew Eberius (the SVP of Associa) for assisting my company in one of our closings! Mathew took the time to help us when he wasn't even the person we needed to speak with! He pointed us in the right direction and was SO courteous and kind! THANK YOU MATHEW for helping us get this one on its way to closing!
