  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service and Support Daniel Thomas of Associa OnCall does an exceptional job. I first met Daniel after Hurricane Helene impacted our community, and I witnessed firsthand his dedication, professionalism, and commitment to helping those in need. He single-handedly helped our community navigate a very difficult time, and I personally know of at least a dozen other communities that also benefited from his support and leadership. Daniel and his wonderful team consistently went above and beyond, providing solutions, guidance, and reassurance when it mattered most. Thank you, Daniel, for always being there for us. Your hard work, compassion, and commitment to serving communities do not go unnoticed. We are truly grateful for everything you and your team have done. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I stopped by Associa Gulf Coast late last week during lunch looking for some assistance. Janiya was incredibly welcoming and helpful, finding a solution to something I hadn’t been able to resolve over the phone earlier that day—even though I caught her right in the middle of her lunch! Her positive energy and genuine kindness are contagious and rare. She took the time to listen, offer guidance, and make sure I had what I needed. Thank you, Janiya, for your kindness, guidance, and insight. You made a great impression!

  Like many of the other reviewers, I would give zero stars if possible. Also, like all of the other reviews, the responses are canned and looks like they just copy and paste The same response after each review.Typical. Our small community has had 12 CAM’s In the past two years. Each time a new CAM comes on board, they promise things will be different. “There’s a new sheriff in town “. Nothing has ever changed. If anything, the negligence and incompetence has accelerated with each New CAM in place. Always the same, Zero response, changing requests to complete when they haven’t even been looked at. Late payments to vendors. The Only time a representative has been on the property is when a new CAM is assigned. Then you never see them again. Thousands of dollars have been wasted troubleshooting electrical, finding out the only reason why it’s not working is because Associa never paid the bill and WE get charged the late fee. ASSOCIA ALWAYS places blame on the HOA, not on their Blatant incompetency. I could go on and on and on but nothing ever changes no matter how many times you reach out to them. It boggles my mind that this company is even still in business. But then again, just look at the Google and yelp reviews. That should be enough to keep anybody away. I implore all of you to avoid this company at all costs!
