  My experience with the Beacon at 331, has been wonderful. The staff at the Beacon is top tier and they continue to deliver great service and support for my husband and I as residents. I love our new home at the Beacon, the proximity to being on the beach, plus the fun of shopping or dining are just moments away and yet when we are home it just feels like an Oasis !! Huge thank you to Collin, Taylor and Roquel for their continued hospitality.

  From day one of the process of finding our new home, the staff at The Beacon were helpful, friendly and never pushy. Collin has been a blessing. He is always positive and calm and finds the answers we need quickly. Taylor worked diligently with us to find a perfect unit for our needs. Rock has helped us with all of the things to get new tenants up and running. Daniel and Tim are quick to respond when we have service requests to fill. Since the Beacon is a new build, ALL of the appliances are state-of-the-art. The walk-in shower is big, and the soaker tub is a nice sit. High ceilings, fans in every room, a deep, large kitchen sink, LOTS of soft-close cabinets in the kitchen and generous closet space throughout, as well as a big screened-in deck make for a spacious home. My wife and I enjoy the pool a lot, and there are plenty of tables to sit with friends and family by the two big grills in the pool area. Our dog has plenty of places to walk, including a big dog park and dog-washing station. Once or twice a week, food trucks will set up shop in the parking lot! Lots of trees and ponds with fountains are all over the property, which makes for a serene setting. Perhaps the best part of living at The Beacon is the Emerald Coast less than 5 miles south with public beach access up and down 30A under ten minutes by car.

  This place deserves a 5 STAR RATING every time… hands down! The Beacon Team takes special care of you and your needs pronto! Collin, Roc, Taylor, Tim and Daniel.. They are very special people. They work so hard to make sure everyone is getting what they need. I had a plug issue on my balcony.. they ordered the part and came quickly to install it in excellence! It was done in a matter of moments and took care of a couple of small things inside my home while they were here. I can’t say enough good things about this team called The Beacon and the community itself. It’s so clean, pristine, and the amenities are endless. The best part about it all is you never meet a stranger, it’s like one big family. If you’re looking for your finally place, you may have just found it!   Such a cool place to live. Collin, Rock, Taylor, and Tim are the dream team and backbone of the Beacon. I lived here a year and loved the pool, the gym, and my neighbors. The location was perfect.. access to the beach, west and east side of 30A was a breeze, could e-bike it easily. Getting to Destin or PCB was basically the same distance too. Go check it out for sure!
