  This place deserves a 5 STAR RATING every time… hands down! The Beacon Team takes special care of you and your needs pronto! Collin, Roc, Taylor, Tim and Daniel.. They are very special people. They work so hard to make sure everyone is getting what they need. I had a plug issue on my balcony.. they ordered the part and came quickly to install it in excellence! It was done in a matter of moments and took care of a couple of small things inside my home while they were here. I can’t say enough good things about this team called The Beacon and the community itself. It’s so clean, pristine, and the amenities are endless. The best part about it all is you never meet a stranger, it’s like one big family. If you’re looking for your finally place, you may have just found it!   Such a cool place to live. Collin, Rock, Taylor, and Tim are the dream team and backbone of the Beacon. I lived here a year and loved the pool, the gym, and my neighbors. The location was perfect.. access to the beach, west and east side of 30A was a breeze, could e-bike it easily. Getting to Destin or PCB was basically the same distance too. Go check it out for sure!

  This review is solely dedicated to the unwavering dedication and hard work of the maintenance staff who tirelessly strive to keep this property running smoothly, despite often being inadequately equipped with the necessary tools. Tim has consistently demonstrated exceptional service by going above and beyond for both myself and other residents. His warm smile and positive demeanor make him a pleasure to interact with. Notably, when my fan malfunctioned for an entire month, management personally ordered the parts, and the newest maintenance man worked diligently until the issue was resolved correctly. Thank you for your exceptional service!

  I have been living here for just under a year now and it has been nothing but amazing. Taylor and everyone in the front office has made life easy for me! Any problems that occur are addressed very quickly, so almost never does anything become an inconvenience. The property is amazing and well maintained as well.

  After moving from colorado to florida and knowing nobody , me and my husband were so happy to find the beacon. All the fun events they throw really bring the community together and gave us the chance to meet new people and make new friends. I wanted to give a big shout out as well to Colin who is an absolutely wonderful manager and that shows in the wonderfully kind and helpful staff here at the Beacon.
