The community is beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained, and the townhome-style living is a huge plus. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Great location in Santa Rosa Beach and close to 30A and the beaches. Highly recommend Artisan Living North Beach!

The ladies in the leasing office were incredibly kind and helpful at every step of the way. They made the application and move in process so much easier. Both are very knowledgeable and on top of things. I cannot say enough nice things about them!

Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Artisan Living. They’ve been great to work with the entire time I’ve lived with them. Anytime I had a question, problem, or even a late payment, they were always understanding and willing to work with me. What I appreciated most was how quick they were to respond. Even if they didn’t have an immediate answer to something, they would actually take the time to figure it out and get back to me instead of just leaving me hanging. They were always looking for a way to solve the problem and make things easier. Moving and dealing with an apartment can be stressful, but they made a lot of those situations way less stressful for me. I really appreciate how helpful and understanding they’ve been throughout everything. I’d definitely recommend Artisan Living to anyone looking for a place. Great people, great communication, and they actually care about their residents. 10/10.
