  If you want to overpay for a poorly built and bare minimum amenities then this is the place for you! These were brand new apartments and the floor upstairs was peeling up which was cutting our feet, cabinets were falling off, and the front door wasn’t sealed properly. The pool was hot during summer and filled with bugs to the point we don’t want to swim. landlord and maintenance is nice but considering everything it is not worth the price.

  We toured with Jennifer and instantly felt like Artisan stood out from the rest. After touring four different places in the area, Artisan was by far our favorite. We just moved in and are so excited to be part of the community! Jennifer and Yvonne were both amazing throughout the entire process, so personable, helpful, and genuinely caring when it came to all of our questions. We’re so happy to officially be new residents here!

  We recently moved here and couldn’t be happier. We are so close to everything we enjoy and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. Everyone is respectful and the people that work here are amazing! Highly recommend!

  Had a great experience leasing with Jen and Yvonne. The process was easy and seamless because of their efforts. They are very responsive as well, which is a big factor in why I chose to rent here over other similar neighborhoods. Thanks for the help!

  How many people move BACK to a complex they moved away from? My wife and I lived here for 13 months and moved out to travel the country for a year. Our first experience here was extremely smooth and we were one of the first people to live on our newly constructed road. Yvonne is wonderful to work with and answers quickly. We are moving back and now signing a 15 month lease because we already know this is a place we love living. 6 minutes to Blue Mountain Beach, 2 minutes to the bay, fenced in dog area but also right down the road to a dog park, lots of space, never had issues with neighbors, etc. You simply cannot beat the price for a 3 bed/2.5 bath with fenced in patio, garage and close proximity to the most beautiful beaches in the country!!
