  James the property manager here is highly unprofessional. He sets up meetings with you and requests your time, then ghosts all phone calls and emails. Get a property manager that can stand up for his decisions and communicate or this community is as good as gone. If you think this guy is gonna be a good manager while youre living there, youre in for a real ride.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. The humidity in these apts is horrible! Mine was 83% before I started having to run a dehumidifier 24/7, emptied twice a day. If you have asthma or ANY breathing condition, STAY AWAY. Management thinks its a joke as you suffocate in your $1600 a month, "luxury" unit. They will harass you, until you have to get the government involved. You pay for "luxury" but get no luxury. Gates are either always broken, or open. And i can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. Supposed to be a non smoking property, but they don't enforce it. Go somewhere nicer, you'll thank me

  I moved in to The Vue on Lake Monroe nearly 2 months ago. I knew the moment I walked in that this was the place for me! The longer I am here the more I love it. Sarah, Christian and James in the office are wonderful! They make every effort to ensure you have everything you need. The maintenace staff are terrific and friendly as well. Being across from Lake Monroe is not only gorgeous, it is a wonderful place to walk or ride your bike. The screened in pool has an amazing view of the lake pls and outdoor BBQ and fire pit. My favorite room is the kitchen!! The appliances are like new, the countertops have ample room to prepare meals and one side has enough room for barstools. All the cabinets and walls are white, which gives it a very open and clean vibe. And so much cabinet space! There is also room for a dinette set. Living room has ample space too. So much room! The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms have the same roomy vibe; one has a walk-in shower and the other a soaking tub. Both bedrooms have wall to wall carpet. The porch is screened in and offers a utility room as well. Every person I have met in the last 2 months has been so friendly and helpful. And Sanford has so many events and fun things to do. I could not be happier!

  I moved to the apartments May 2020, I was breath taken by the upkeep of the property it is very beautiful and quiet. If anything needs to be prepared maintenance is very responsive and communicative. While currently in the pandemic Ashley and Sarah are very understanding and works with you if help is needed. By far the best apartments I’ve been in with such a welcoming environment and great hospitality.
