- HBholly bottegaMar 30, 20261.0I don’t live here, staying with my daughter. The amount of black mold and mildew on the patio walls, the apt. black soot coming from the vents is a matter for The Board of Health and other agencies which I am going to contact. When I learned how much rent is charged I begged my daughter to move to a different complex. This complex is hazardous to health.

Maintenance requests are also handled quickly within a day or two. Great location and clean! I would absolutely recommend living here.
