- JPJessica Pacheco2 days ago5.0Luis Mercado did a great repair on a leaking rusted pipe for the water heater. He came in on a Sunday to check and see if the repair could be done right away, but needed a part to replace the pipe, which he brought the next day and fixed it. Fast, courteous and knowledgeable.
- JBJustin BounleutayAug 20, 20261.0Honestly, my experience here was terrible. We had roaches from basically the first day, even though we kept the apartment clean. It got to the point where it was just frustrating dealing with them all the time. A lot of things in the apartment were already messed up or started breaking after we moved in. It also felt like they would just paint over marks and damage instead of actually fixing things. The paint on the bathtub started coming off, and the paint on the front door literally flew off even though we barely touched the door. It seemed like there was always something wrong with the apartment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend living here based on my experience.

We are renewing our lease, and that really says a lot about how happy we are here. The community is extremely clean and peaceful, there are no loud neighbors, and everything is very well maintained. We truly love living here and highly recommend this community! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The final time they determined it needed to be replaced. Within an hour a new washer was installed. Thank you! We really appreciate your support you tending and anticipating our needs with 24 hours each maintenance request.
