The final time they determined it needed to be replaced. Within an hour a new washer was installed. Thank you! We really appreciate your support you tending and anticipating our needs with 24 hours each maintenance request.

The amount of black mold and mildew on the patio walls, the apt. black soot coming from the vents is a matter for The Board of Health and other agencies which I am going to contact. When I learned how much rent is charged I begged my daughter to move to a different complex. This complex is hazardous to health.

Maintenance requests are also handled quickly within a day or two. Great location and clean! I would absolutely recommend living here.

I had the pleasure of living at Ballantrae while waiting for him to transfer and move into our house. This is a great community. The front office staff was always friendly and nice to talk to. My apartment was in great shape--when I did need something done, the maintenance group responded quickly and did a great job. I really enjoyed my neighbors. The grounds were always clean (they were painting the buildings when I moved in). I always felt safe and it was close to everything--shopping, main roads and the bike trail. What more could you want?
