  Great rooms, spacious, more on the higher end regarding total-all-in rent expenses. But worth it when accounting for safety, security and higher end amenities. Talk to Brishell and she will be a great resource to learn more.

  I had a wonderful experience with Brishell at Afton Palms Apartments. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire leasing process. Brishell took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the process easy and stress-free. Her patience and excellent customer service really stood out to me. I truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home at Afton Palms.

  I just watched the maintenance manager empty refrigerant gas from one of the AC units into the air (which is highly illegal) right next to my balcony. Same maintenance manager also has a huge dog that they allow on their back patio with no supervision that is aggressive to other animals and could easily jump the gate. I thought we had a rule about picking up animal feces but their yard is full of it and always smells awful walking by. It is wild seeing him break multiple rules after he has previously felt the need to discipline residents for minor things. Other maintenance team members are great, their manager just seems to be on a power trip.

  Ramon was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. Our A/C was down, and although it took about three days to get everything fully repaired, he was prompt, reliable, and kept us informed every step of the way. He showed professionalism, worked diligently to diagnose and fix the issue, and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. It was clear that he genuinely cared about getting our A/C back up and running as quickly as possible. Thank you, Ramon, for your hard work, excellent communication, and dedication. We truly appreciate your service and highly recommend him to anyone in need of maintenance assistance!
