Jose with maintenance was amazing. He came in and handled the business that needed to be done in the apartment. He also noticed that my lock in my door needed batteries so he came back and changed those for me. Outstanding customer service

Five stars for the amazing maintenance team at Afton Palms! My freezer stopped cooling, so I submitted a request, and Alex and Ramon handled it perfectly. They spent two days diligently investigating the issue to ensure they found the right solution. Once they determined the fridge couldn't be saved, they quickly replaced it with a brand-new unit that works flawlessly. Their dedication, punctuality, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills are absolutely fabulous. Over the past year, they have consistently delivered top-tier service for all my maintenance issues. I highly recommend them!

Amazing place! Bryce Williams was SO helpful and he really cares about the residents! Prompt with emails, calls and any questions I’ve had. Bryce made sure that everything was taken care of ahead of time and made the process smooth! The property is well taken care of and the maintenance people are so friendly and prompt with servicing the property as well! All of the staff there is so welcoming . Will definitely recommend to other people!

We are being charged for “wear and tear” on the carpets after returning our keys and terminating our lease, even after I approved for a maintenance tech to come in and view the apartment the day before we turned in the keys. He walked the apartment and told us everything was fine. Now all of a sudden we’re being charged for carpet wear and tear.
I don’t have dogs, I don’t have kids, and I cleaned those carpets thoroughly before moving out. It seems like, of course, we’re being robbed for more money after leaving.
Ever since this place changed from NRP Group to PLK, it has gone completely downhill. Not only because of the HORRIBLE staff and their cocky attitudes, but because nobody answers the phones. You literally have to walk down to the office and wait 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you.
Monica, as the Property Manager, you should be aware of what’s happening to your residents and former residents. Be ready for my calls this week because I will be contacting corporate regarding these charges. I will also continue sharing my experience so others know exactly what to expect.
I would not recommend Afton Palms to anyone. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else!!!
