  Jose is one of the most prompt and dependable maintenance techs we’ve had the pleasure of working with. We had a minor issue with our AC and he was quick to figure out the problem and find a fix right away. We’re grateful for the amazing maintenance team at Afton!

  I recently moved into this apartment complex, and the entire experience has been great from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful especially Monica throughout the application and move-in process, and as a new renter, their guidance really made everything feel smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer questions and made securing my new apartment much easier than I expected. I’ve also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool area and the beautiful lake view. The community events are always fun and make it easy to feel connected with neighbors. Another thing I appreciate is how well-maintained and clean the halls are at all times, and the trash valet service is consistently timely and reliable. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience living here, and I’m happy to call this community home.

  1 month in and it feels like home already. Just moved from KY and the staff here have made the transition awesome. Monica and Bryce have been able to help anytime I needed and always made sure to follow up. Super cute apartments and a really nice community of people!

  i just wanted to come on here and take a moment to recognize the maintenance guys - Jose and Ramon are hands down the best part about living in this community! They are always incredibly fast, efficient, and reliable whenever we need maintenance help. No matter how big or small the issue is, they show up quickly with a great attitude and get the job done right the first time. Beyond their work, they are genuinely kind, respectful, and always willing to help. It’s rare to come across maintenance staff who care this much about the residents and take so much pride in what they do. They make such a positive difference in the community and deserve ALL the recognition. We truly appreciate everything they do and im very grateful i can rely on them! Jenn Rivas
