  I moved recently to Ryan homes at Mirada to a beautiful home that I love, so far it’s been very nice, quiet and pleasant home and environment . Also I have to say thanks to Ryan home team for his support during the process and especially to Will the project manager and his partner James for his professional and quality service fixing little details in my new home, they both were extremely efficient and careful. I really appreciate the work they did. Thank you guys.

  My experience with ryan homes has been nothing short of amazing. A big part of the process has been Will, who was a great help getting the work done that was left on our home. His energy and willingness to get tasks done and was incredible and very comforting to see when you’re taking a big step like building a home!

  Will as my builder for Ryan Townhomes at Mirada has been Amazing! During the walk through he explained and answered my questions thoroughly. He repaired all issues immediately. He also repaired other issues immediately that I didn’t see/knew about until after I moved in. It was a very good feeling that I wasn’t forgotten when everything was said & done! Will has been professional, kind, attentive to detail & has made the experience for me enjoyable! Thank you for everything!!!🤩🤩🤩

  My initial inspection got off to a bit of a rocky start to where the property was promised to be Inspection ready and it definitely was not. On the brighter side, though, once problems were identified, Will, our project manager, was very quick to make repairs and take care of everything and is closing the to-do list very quickly with a focus on customer satisfaction

  Showed up to our walk through/closing and to say the work was an embarrassment would be an understatement. An embarrassment that the contractor Will clearly recognized because he was emotional, yelling, and throwing his hands in the air, all because we tried to point out what was clearly bad work. I've never seen such sad, unprofessional behavior in my life. If you're thinking Ryan Homes, think again.
