  I don't usually write reviews, but I am writing this one because I really appreciate Ms. LaTonya helping me through the process of moving in to my first apartment, even on such short notice. Thank you Ms. LaTonya, and to the rest of the leasing office, for helping me move into The Drake at St. Pete.

  While I can't speak to the apartment itself as I haven't lived there, Ms. Tonya was FANTASTIC during my housing hunt and the ONLY reason I decided to go a different way was because I wanted to be in a house/duplex as opposed to a full apartment community. But she was wonderful and so kind and worked with me to find the most perfect unit that fit all of my needs and specifications. I was nervous about this whole process, and she was so warm and made it so much less stressful.

  Beyond ecstatic to hear this week that me and my boyfriend got accepted to our apartment for August of this year! It’s so easy to schedule a tour with them and directions are very very clear, we showed up 15 minutes early just to be sure we had time, we spent a few minutes with Jessica in the leasing office to look at a few floor plans to see what we wanted to tour, she took us on their golf cart all around the building and showed us everything, we love the set up all the amenities and most importantly how sweet and informative Jessica was with us, we’re from out of town so we’ definitely asked quite a few questions, but she was more than patient with us, and we are so excited to move in come August!!

  Pretty dope place to live! Haven’t had a lot of major maintenance issues, and very affordable. The front office is full of cool folks, massive shouts out to Latonya and Derick! They always hep out when I’m in a bind! Hoping they’re getting the recognition they deserve!

  Jessica was fantastic during the apartment tour! i was going along to support close friends and get an idea of the layout of their complex and see what there was to offer and was convinced at the end of the quality of the apartments and the kindness and care of the staffing
