  Quan Vo is our CAM from Associa. As a board member of our condo association, I could not be more pleased with the work Quqn does for us. Quan has always returned phone calls,most times he picks up and there is no need to leave a message. In my book that is great customer service. if he doesn't know the answer, Quan will find out and promptly call back. I am never left hanging. He is the only CAM we have had that makes it a point to make our condo meetings and handles himself in a very professional manner, answering questions and concerns of the board and owners. Thank you Quan for being a great person to work with.

  I would like to express my gratitude to Associa Golf Coast and their team, for working hard on ensuring homeowners’ concerns are addressed in the most effective manner. Recently our LCAM Renee Buschard assisted on working diligently with our builder’s (LGI) leadership in order to resolve a matter that would have cost our community much more than expected and her efforts resulted in the savings of thousands of dollars of our Community HOA funds! Communication is the key and following up to resolve these type of matters are imperative when it comes to Community Management! I have worked with others as well like, Cheryl W. and Brandon and I can say they All do care for delivering upmost community engagement. Once again, thank you Renee B. for fostering positive relationships, and seeking tangible results. I’m looking forward to continue working towards enhancing the quality of life for Our Community!

  We are selling a townhome in Millbrooke Townhomes and it's been terrible trying to get in contact with someone. The structure is basically a glorified off-shores call center, almost a shell of a company that they then "forward your request to a specialist". Would not recommend.
