  I cannot say enough great things about the team at Associa Gulf Coast! Working with Daniel, Val, Margie, Brook, Steve, Rennee, and Quan has been an absolute pleasure. Every single one of them is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. What stands out most is how responsive they are. Whether it's answering questions, providing updates, or helping resolve an issue, they are always quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile. Their communication is excellent, and they consistently make you feel like a priority.   Breanna, Monica, Daniel, and the entire Associa Team are an absolute pleasure to work with!!! I appreciate all that they do, and we are a great management company to partner with. Would highly recommend.

  My mother lives in Colonial Country Club in Ft Myers and Nick, at the location there, is not helping with a very suspicious issue happening there. My mother wrote an actual check for her second quarter payment, it was received, stamped on the back by a company named Bensons LLC and cashed. She continues to rack up late fees because he claims they did not get it. When asked by the bank to sign a form stating that they did not receive it, he’s refused. This I don’t understand! If they did not get the check, why would they not sign the paper? This says to me that they DID receive the check but for some strange reason they don’t want to say so? This makes no sense to me, my mother or my sister who has been working tirelessly to figure this out. She’s even contacted the next person up the ladder and it’s been crickets. If they don’t have the check, why wouldn’t they say so? Very suspect and shady! I’m hoping someone sees this and can help with this. It’s not a small amount for her and it’s not right that they do that! Be wary of this company!

  I’ve lived in Covina Key for over 10 years. When Associa came into the picture it all went down hill. Every year a new few or pricing increase. Frequent water shut offs. And the staff are very rude in their announcements.
