  My experience with Pulte Homes has been extremely disappointing. I experienced repeated construction defects, poor workmanship, and frustrating customer service. Warranty issues were not resolved in a timely manner, and communication was inconsistent throughout the process. I expected much better quality from a national builder. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pulte Homes

  Shady sales practices and a lack of transparency, combined with widespread miscommunication. The park within the community is open to the public, yet residents are still required to pay CDD fees, while non-residents are able to enjoy the park without contributing to those costs. If you choose to buy here, it’s like donating your CDD fees to charity while still footing the bill for property taxes.

  Prospective buyers need to know the truth about the Landings parks. The builder's promo videos and sales pitches frame these parks as private resident amenities. They are NOT. These are legally public parks funded entirely by the homeowners' CDD fees. Residents pay thousands in extra tax assessments to build and maintain these spaces, while anyone from the public can drive in and use them for free. Total bait-and-switch on the marketing. Think twice before buying here since your money will be funding a public amenity and where ppl hop fences to use pools and courts. Further our HOA never responds and good luck getting anything approved for your own back yard! Think twice.

  Worst home building experience ever. Buyer beware. We were building at 176 Coordinate Lane and cancelled our contract due to multiple issues. Pulte would not refund our deposit. Salesperson was unethical. We bought elsewhere and so glad we did!

  An absolute nightmare since the foundation was poured. We paid for third-party inspections during the build to reduce the chances of a major problem. We closed on our house in November and have been dealing with ongoing repairs ever since. It’s impossible to settle in since we are constantly shuffling our schedules to accommodate repairs. We expected a few minor hiccups and cosmetic issues but never imagined major plumbing problems or a gas leak. My husband likes to say that the free pool Pulte should be gifting us just keeps getting bigger with every problem that gets added to the list. I keep telling him not to hold his breath - we’ve yet to receive a phone call from anybody in upper management to acknowledge how terrible this experience has been or to thank us for being so patient.
