  I was recommended to check out The Landings by a family member and I have no regrets. The community is beautiful! My kids love the playground and the amenity center. Our sales agent has been incredible. we loved the community so much that we purchased a home and we are waiting to close. our sales agent has been incredible and has always kept us up to date. everyone in the office is extremely nice. the community also has multiple events each month. we are extremely happy with the community and the activities there. I highly recommend speaking with the pulte staff at the sales center. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

  We absolutely love living in The Landings! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The amenities are fantastic, and the neighbors have been so friendly and welcoming. It’s a wonderful place to call home, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here. Highly recommend!

  We recently closed on our first home and honestly couldn't be happier with how it went. As first-time buyers, we had no idea what to expect, but Angela, our realtor, and Ilya, our builder, made the whole thing easy. They were attentive, always quick to respond, and genuinely cared about our home like it was their own. Any question we had got answered, and any issue, no matter how small, got taken care of right away, even after we closed. We're in love with the house and haven't had a single problem so far. It was also reassuring to hear that the builder comes back after 10 months to handle any settling stuff, like small cracks or paint chips. Start to finish, it was smoother than we ever imagined. I probably sound biased but we have other friends that built their new homes in other places around the Jax area and have heard some horror stories and were lucky enough to not deal with any of that here. I definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a home.

  Buying our home in this community was such a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The entire process was well organized, and everything was explained clearly along the way, which made the experience feel stress-free. A special thank you to Nadia! She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and always willing to answer any questions we had.

  My family LOVES this community! The buying process was easy with everyone being attentive to our needs and questions asked. Amenities are great, people are friendly, and close to lots of shopping and A schools for the kiddos!!
