I’ll start by saying I’ve lived at Sentosa for about 2.5 years now. I’ve recently had the pleasure to meet the new manager Cheyenne and she’s honestly the first manager I’ve met while living there that actually cares about the place. She honestly wants what’s best for the residents and I can really see her making a big difference for the complex. Sentosa has some really great neighbors and it’s centrally located to everything. Having access to the lagoon is a real game changer too. It definitely beats driving all the way to the beach. The Maintence team here is spectacular whenever you have an issue they show up almost right away and they’re all very friendly. If you’re looking to move to the St. John’s neighborhood and want to be close to everything I would recommend Sentosa for you.

One of the best apartment complexes in St. Johns County! They go above and beyond, especially David Smith. He is the best maintenance supervisor! Can’t say enough positive things about David and his team.

David is one of the best workers I've ever dealt with. He is kind, considerate and always helpful! I give him 5 stars because he is a Star! Now I need to give 5 stars to the Gals that are the kindest and extremely friendly and caring about your situation. 1. Cheyenne, she is an incredibly kind and hard working Property Manager. She is always there for you in kindness and support for anything you need. 2. Jasmine, just an amazing woman that truly cares and has helped me with many things that I needed to know. 3. Maya, also an amazing woman with great kindness and a caring attitude. She also has helped me many times, especially with my cell phone issues! LOL Overall Sentosa Beach Walk is a fun clean place to live. All mentioned deserve a 5 star rating period!!
