  Moving into my new apartment Monday. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels like a place I'm proud to call home. I especially want to recognize **Stacy**, the property manager, for her outstanding professionalism and kindness. She was always available to answer my questions, guided me through every step of the leasing process, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and she genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience. It's rare to find someone who is both efficient and compassionate, and Stacy went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live with management that truly cares about its residents.

  I recently moved into Terrassa Luxury Apartment in St. Augustine, and overall I have been enjoying living here. The environment is very nice, peaceful, and well maintained. The swimming pool area is beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of seating available for residents. The fitness center also has most of the equipment I need for my workouts. One thing I especially appreciate is the staff and maintenance team. The office staff members are always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance personnel are knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. However, I do have one concern regarding some dog owners not following the community rules. This morning, I noticed a resident walking two dogs near the lawn beside one of the apartment buildings, and one of the dogs was allowed to poop between the grass and the pavement without being cleaned up afterward. Later, the landscaping crew came through with a tractor, which unfortunately ran over the mess and left marks on parts of the pavement. I have also noticed that many dog owners tend to bring their pets out very early in the morning, around 7 a.m., when fewer people are around. I hope the apartment office can reinforce the pet policies and apply penalties more consistently to residents who do not clean up after their pets. This would help keep the community clean and enjoyable for everyone. Overall, Terrassa Luxury Apartment is still a wonderful place to live, and I appreciate the effort the staff puts into maintaining the property.

  I had the most amazing experience at Terrassa Apartments. Tyriel went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and helped me finalize everything in such a short amount of time. Her customer service was truly outstanding, and she made me feel welcomed and supported every step of the way. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Brandy over the phone today, and she was very kind and helpful as well. I already love this community! Thank you both for making this experience such a positive one! ❤️

  I recently signed my lease to move in and the process was so easy! Stacy was the one to show me the apartment and she was awesome! She took the time to show me around and answer any questions I had. She kept in touch with me through the whole process. I highly recommend this place and Stacy.
