  I recently moved into Terrassa Luxury Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, the entire process was fast, easy, and stress-free, from the application to move-in. The application process was simple and straightforward done all online. Aside from that I never felt pressured to apply like the other luxury places nearby. I especially want to recognize Stacy, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout my experience. She has been patient, dedicated, professional, and incredibly communicative. The communication throughout the process from Stacy was excellent. She consistently went above and beyond to answer my questions, keep me informed, and make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Her kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference, and I am so grateful for everything she did to make my move-in experience such a positive one. The community itself is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Everything about the property feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to call this community home. The entire experience has been seamless, and I would highly recommend Terrassa Luxury Apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful community with a wonderful leasing team. And a special thank-you to Stacy for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable!

  We moved in February of this year when we moved in maintenance was great Sonny especially the staff team was great about a month into living here staff started targeting my kids and watching everything we do Easter they made a rule no chalk on patio not in the lease then after that it was fix your patio pillows often get taken off my patio furniture by my kids then 3 months ago we had a water main break and went 3 days no running water all they offered was one night in hotel and 50$ off rent during that time mold grew underneath my kitchen sink it was growing for 3 months before fixed shower head broke do to it being used during the water main break not mowing there was one it’s been 4 months multiple requests to fix it it has rotted my baseboards in my bathroom still haven’t repaired it. New property manager likes to threaten people and lock people out of the portal people have sex in the pool you have staff as residents putting in false cps reports and continually harassed you and calls cops after starting alterations. One staff member has put in multiple noise complaints on me when all other neighbors have no problems with me even tried to turn me and my upstairs neighbors from getting along by telling them I was filing complaints and telling me they were filing complaints have my building is moving out because this place is not luxury and staff don’t deal with things as promised.

  We are having a wonderful experience living here at Terrassa! The apartments are new and great. Stacy the leasing agent and April the office manager are really helpful especially when choosing an apartment to fit our family and answering all the questions we had, also made our move in seamless! It’s been nothing but a pleasure to live here at terrassa. Makes a huge difference having a nice and helpful office team. Thank you !

  Before moving to Terrassa, I was looking at properties in Jacksonville. While in the process of applying to one location in Jacksonville, I was led to tour Terrassa and instantly fell in love😍. Now I’ve been living here for 6-months and to my surprise, I still love it❤️ Terrassa is definitely top-tier in my book, 100% better than the property where I previously lived. I thank GOD for leading me HOME🏡. The office staff is amazing🔥 shout out to Stacy👏🏻💕💃🏽she is very attentive, informative, and has such an inviting personality. Maintenance has always gone above and beyond any concerns I’ve expressed as well. There’s absolutely nothing that I can say negative about it honestly🙌
