  If you’re looking for an apartment in the Rockledge area, ask for Mariel at The Junction at Rockledge! From the moment we walked in, Mariel was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and straightforward. She took the time to answer every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. In fact, she encouraged us to explore other apartment communities before making a decision. That level of confidence and honesty spoke volumes. The truth is, after touring with Mariel, we had no desire to look anywhere else. She represented the community so well that our decision became easy. As parents helping our son relocate to Florida to pursue his dreams and begin his career, we were experiencing a lot of mixed emotions. Watching your child leave home and start this next chapter is exciting, but it’s also emotional. Mariel recognized that immediately and went above and beyond to reassure us that our son would be in good hands. She made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. The community itself is beautiful, and the amenities are outstanding. The resort-style pool is gorgeous, and the outdoor gathering spaces are thoughtfully designed. One feature we especially loved was the large community entertainment area with a huge TV—perfect for gathering with friends and neighbors to watch sporting events, movies, or special occasions. The comfortable seating, grilling areas, and beautiful lake views create an inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. Every detail felt well thought out, making it easy to envision our son settling in and enjoying this exciting new chapter of his life. Mariel turned what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable and memorable one. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. The Junction at Rockledge is fortunate to have her, and we are grateful for everything she did to help our family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Mariel and The Junction at Rockledge!

  Before you sign any other lease, you have to check this place out. I was originally touring apartments in the area and was in the middle of filling out an application for another place until a friend sent me a link to the Junction. After seeing the pictures online, I paused my application and sped over to get a tour as they were about to close. I was welcomed by Mariel and Mary who gave me a tour of multiple floor plans. I was amazed by the quality of the space. It beat EVERY single item on my list. Everyone is friendly here, the pool is NICE, and there's a gym. Plus, you're right next to Vierra, the highway, and Cocoa Beach. Genuinely the best all worlds. Despite being near the highway entrance on a busy street, it's very quiet. I have never heard any noise. I got the 1B/1B and I've been here for a little over a week. No complaints whatsoever.

  I scheduled a guided tour for 11:15 AM and arrived a few minutes early at around 11:10. When I got there, the leasing office was locked with a sign saying staff were out on the property. I immediately contacted the leasing chatbot to let them know I had arrived for my appointment. The chatbot instructed me to call the office, which I did multiple times. Every call went straight to voicemail, and I never received a call back. I waited for nearly 50 minutes and no one ever showed up or contacted me. This was especially frustrating because I drove over an hour to get there specifically for this appointment. My time and gas were completely wasted. There was a QR code available for self-guided tours, but when I scanned it, the only option available was for a two-bedroom unit. I was interested in touring a one-bedroom apartment, so the self-guided option was not useful. I understand that unexpected situations happen, but completely missing a scheduled appointment without any communication or follow-up is unacceptable. I left without ever speaking to a staff member or seeing the apartment I came to tour. Very disappointing experience.
