  Tried to book an appointment to look at apartments and potentially sign a lease. I was bombarded with bad AI messages. It would have been fine if it worked, but the messaging was terribly programmed and reminded me every time I got a message that I am communicating with AI that is not helping whatsoever.

  Being a new resident here has been an absolutely great experience! The staff Marielle and Mary were phenomenal from the beginning to the end and continue to provide Rockstar service. The brand new setting is very welcoming, but the professionalism of the staff puts everything over the top. I’m very happy with our decision to call this place home.

  Mariel and Kristi made this moving process so easy and they were so kind to us, gave us a tour two times , and was able to approve our application within a day of applying.This place is clean, and has such a friendly environment and the amenities are top tier, and management also cares.If my husband and I could go back 7 months ago to when we moved from PA to FL we would have made this our first choice! We have been here almost a month and we can’t get over how wonderful it is here!I never thought apartment living could be so nice, this place definitely is the so nice and all the neighbors are so friendly, my friends always said apartment living is so nice and wonderful and i didn’t believe it because of our old apartment complex.But after moving to the junction I realized apartment living is so wonderful and nice!We are so glad we finally live in a place where management cares. Mariel and Kristi and super responsive and nice and helpful.

  I have lived here for a year and a half. The property has seriously declined. This is advertised as a luxury apartment complex, but is poorly managed. While inside the apartments are very nice the grounds are in terrible shape. The bugs are so bad we have to have weekly spraying and it doesn’t control it. On lake side today on my walk I counted 47 ant hills, which constantly bite us the reindents, and our pets!! The midge flies cover our screens completely at dusk and dawn. There are constant piles of dog poop. And so much dead landscaping from 8 months ago winter freeze. I had to remove a dead tree from my area that sat there for weeks. They advertise these nice beach areas that are completely ran over with weeds and all the sand washed away-it looks trashy. In addition, I moved in I had a beautiful lake view, which we pay extra for only to be overgrown with 20 ft weeds. And we we complain we only get “we are working on it”🤷‍♀️

  The Junction at Rockledge was a wonderful place to stay and loved the layout of our apartment. However , the staff and customer service was beyond atrocious throughout the 15 months that we stayed there. There were multiple leasing staff saying completely different things which lead us in different directions. High turnover on the staff resulted to our inquiries being forgotten about or reset. We had issues such as getting our renters insurance submitted properly after charging us double for almost a year and having to call to get it waived every month. They had little to no knowledge on the charges and fees that were placed on our accounts with no assistance. They also were never present in the office when office hours are stated on the front of the building with the front door locked all the time and the phone lines go straight to voicemail. Never performed routine maintenance on the grill areas and other amenities always saying that it would be fixed when they could. Last of all our entire move-out process was terrible and unprofessional. If you are a resident and plan on moving out soon, make sure you deep clean and check everywhere because they do not provide move out instructions at all. We deep cleaned our apartment for an entire day scrubbing and getting dirty just before we left and they came back and took detailed photos of really small things that you almost would not even notice if you were moving in. They charged us $100 without even telling us and it could be more depending on your apartment condition which was also never disclosed whatsoever. All in all the staff was rude, inconsiderate, and honestly clueless as to how to solve any problems whatsoever. I definitely do not recommend living here only because the staff ain’t going to help you one bit but make your experience not one to remember.
