  My AC Unit went out Tuesday night (today is Friday)I called the emergency number and a maintenance tech called me back within 10 minutes. I explained the situation and he said he was on the way, I received a call back from him 35 minutes later and he told me he was at the complex but had forgotten his key and would have to return home for it. I take medication for sleep and was too tired to wait up for him as it was already 10PM by that time, so I told him I would tough it out that night and he could come first thing in the morning. IT TOOK ME GOING INTO THE OFFICE THE NEXT MORNING AT 9 TO EVEN GET THE MAINTENANCE STAFF TO RESPOND! AND IT WASNT UNTIL 11AM THAT THEY BROUGHT A PORTABLE UNIT! I have gone without proper cooling in my apartment since that time! The property manager has advised that it should be fixed today but when asked for a timeline cannot provide me with one. It is now 12:50 PM! Truly frustrating experience!

  Smooth application experience, close to 95 exits and helpful attentive staff willing to help and provide resource when needed. To my surprise they even provide a little home care package it was a nice touch when someone is moving in to the new area. They notify events occurring and makes it feel like a community not just a “place to stay”.

  I have found a beautiful property at The Abbey at Northlake. The apartments are spacious, clean, organized and filled with a great community of people. I had great informative help from Humberto; from answering 1,000 text messages and calls from me, to walking me through the steps of getting my move-in date on time. Also big thanks you to Christian for helping me get set up with Wi-Fi in my new apartment. With these gentlemen in the office. There's nothing to worry about, they'll take good care of you.

  I’m very happy with my decision to move here. From the moment I became a resident, the management team has shown that they truly care about providing a great living experience. They have been attentive, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents feel valued. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. It already feels like home, and I’m looking forward to making many great memories here. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.
