  The entire office staff are professional, and truly care for you as soon as you walk through the door. Rosa always welcomes everyone with a smile and a heavenly attitude.The energy is extremely positive. My leasing agent Anndrea did an amazing job with my move in process and I have truly enjoyed my stay here so far. Highly recommend!

  I recently moved here from a complex that keep climbing (rental prices). So we are thrilled to live here! The management and sales team were kind and very supportive for our recent move! Love Eduardo( I’m sure I have misspelled his name! Great place to live! Aaron& Katherine Carey

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough amazing things about Humberto! From beginning to end, he made the entire process of getting my apartment incredibly smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I had along the way. Finding and securing an apartment can be stressful, but Humberto made the experience completely different. He stayed on top of everything, communicated with me throughout the entire process, and genuinely made me feel like he cared about helping me get into the right home. Everything was handled so efficiently that I never felt lost or unsure about what was happening next. Humberto is truly amazing at what he does, and his customer service is exceptional. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants the best outcome for the people he helps. I am extremely grateful for everything he did for me and for how smoothly he made this entire experience. I would 100% recommend Humberto to anyone looking for an apartment. If you have the opportunity to work with him, you are definitely in great hands. Thank you so much, Humberto, for making such an important moment in my life such a positive experience!

  From the very beginning, Anndrea Stark was our first impression of The Abbey at Northlake, and she set the tone with kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our leasing and move-in process. Moving can be stressful, especially when there are so many details to coordinate, but Anndrea consistently kept us informed, answered our questions, and helped us feel supported every step of the way. Her attentiveness made a meaningful difference during an important transition for our family. I also want to recognize the entire Abbey at Northlake team. From leasing to maintenance and everyone working behind the scenes, we appreciate the effort that went into preparing our home and helping make our move-in experience a positive one. No move is completely without a few unexpected moments, but what stands out most is the level of service, communication, and care we have received. We are grateful to Anndrea and the entire Abbey team and are excited to begin this new chapter in our new home. 🏡💜
