I have lived in this community for over three years. When I first moved here, the complex was truly impressive — very well maintained, clean, and felt first-class. The grounds were beautiful, the grass was always green, and management consistently enforced the lease policies.
One thing I appreciated early on was how seriously pet rules were handled. Dog owners were expected to clean up after their pets, and management actively monitored this. There were even times when markers were placed around the property to address violations, and fines were enforced when necessary. The leash policy was also clearly stated and generally respected at that time.
Maintenance has remained one of the strongest aspects of the community. Whenever I submit a request, it is typically handled by the next day or shortly after. Pest control has also been reliable — when I put in a request, someone usually comes within the same week. I have not experienced any major pest issues, which I believe is partly due to the consistent service.
That said, there are areas that have noticeably declined and need attention. The walkways, for example, often look unclean and could benefit from regular pressure washing. Clean common areas make a significant difference in the overall appearance and environment.
The most significant concern, however, is noise. If you are considering moving here, I strongly recommend choosing a third-floor unit if possible I couldn’t due to health issues. Living on a lower floors (2nd floor or bottom floor)can be extremely challenging. You can hear nearly every step, movement, and impact from upstairs neighbors. In my experience, the noise can be constant and disruptive, to the point where you may need to increase TV volume or use headphones just to relax comfortably.
While I have reported noise concerns, I have not seen meaningful resolution. Being advised to record unpredictable sounds felt impractical and did not address the root issue. A more proactive approach from management — such as reminders about noise awareness, however, the suggestions are very unprofessional they tell you to record the noise which is hard to do when you don’t know when it’s going to happen and who has time to sit home all day, holding a recorder to catch up the noise, Tenant the tenant can also be very dangerous nowadays especially if there is no follow up from management— therefore as mentioned “A more proactive approach from management — such as reminders about noise awareness, could greatly improve the living experience for many residents”.
In closing, I see a lot of comments about management there are a few things I could say (good & no so good) however it would be nice for them to respond to emails more timely. Customer/Tenants do and should expect better customer service when you’re paying the type of money that we pay to live here.
Overall, the apartments themselves are beautiful, and there are definitely positive aspects to living here. I would not discourage someone from moving in, but I do believe future residents should be aware of these factors so they can make an informed decision.
