I lived here from May 2025-2026. Overall, it was a positive experience. Apartment was move in ready with like one little issue which was taken care of promptly. The property was kept clean and looked nice. Leasing was nice and informed residents of things going on or things that MAY affect us. The one maintenance issue I had within a year of living there was taken care of within 24 hours and all those guys seemed nice and helpful. I like that it was a gated community, but they would leave the gates open for majority of the day. It made getting deliveries to your like Amazon or even Uber eats easier (and keeping within a timeframe was nice to deny any cravings past 7 PM lol).
The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that you can hear and feel when your neighbors let their front doors slam. Might seem minor, but it can be a bit annoying when you’re sitting on your couch watching TV and the next-door neighbors are just constantly letting that thing slam shut with no care in the world. Also a downside to valet trash is people just wanting to leave trash bags out over the weekends when they know no one is gonna be coming in until Sunday night at least. Other than that, like, I said, it was a positive experience! Deal with my current situation in Atlanta I miss my old apartment at Oasis.
Been here almost 2 months now and can't say that I'm as happy as everyone else in the reviews. Amenities are nice and the unit is spacious. Also the hallway and stairway is filthy and needs pressure cleaning! Also, be prepared for continuous internet outages and no one is taking responsibility for it. Especially, since you're required to pay the property for wifi and not Spectrum.

Maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. Put in a request to fix dryer. Chris was there within 24 hours and had the issue fixed within 20 minutes.

Tray was absolutely outstanding. We called the emergency maintenance line for our AC going out, and within 20 minutes he was at our door, on Saturday evening, already diagnosing the issue and getting to work. I was genuinely blown away by how fast he responded.
I can honestly say this was the best maintenance service experience I’ve ever had at an apartment community. I fully expected to wait days for help, especially on a weekend night, and instead Tray showed up within minutes and handled everything immediately. Truly exceptional service.
My experience at Oasis at Brandon has been extremely frustrating, particularly when it comes to maintenance and communication. I have lived here for two years, and this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had during my time as a resident.
I submitted a work order weeks ago, and despite multiple scheduled appointments, maintenance repeatedly failed to show up as promised. I was given specific dates and times on several occasions, only for no one to arrive and for there to be little to no communication about the delays. At one point, I had to go into the office myself just to get an update after another missed appointment.
The issues included a malfunctioning washing machine and a bathroom ventilation fan in the bedroom that was not working properly. The fan is excessively loud—loud enough to disrupt others in the household whenever it is turned on. When this was addressed, the repair was not satisfactory, and I was ultimately told there was nothing that could be done about it.
What was especially disappointing was that while I was actively trying to get these unresolved maintenance issues addressed, management chose that time to bring up a separate concern about parking. It felt inappropriate and poorly timed given that my primary maintenance issues had still not been resolved.
While the repairs were eventually addressed after continued follow-up, the overall handling of the situation—especially the repeated missed appointments, poor communication, and lack of resolution—was unacceptable. I was also denied any form of rent credit despite the inconvenience and disruption caused.
Based on this experience, I would strongly caution prospective residents to consider how maintenance requests and resident concerns are handled before deciding to lease here.
