- AKAlex KAug 28, 20261.0Management is friendly until you sign the lease, but living here is a nightmare due to severe construction and insulation flaws. You can hear every single noise from adjacent units—footsteps, crying kids, and even a dog barking sounds like it's right inside your room. The noise pollution is constant, starting around 6–7 AM and lasting until 2–3 AM. The walls and floors offer zero soundproofing. If you have sensitive ears or value your peace and quiet, stay away. Management ignores structural issues, and living here comfortably is simply impossible.

The leasing and maintenance teams were a huge help with our recent changes, and Brandon especially was above and beyond throughout the whole process, Jordyn was also great about keeping us updated through email and making sure we knew what was going on. We really appreciate how easy and smooth everything was. The location is a big plus, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and it’s nice to see how involved they are in the community and the activities they put together for residents. We’re happy to call this place home for a little while longer!

I am very happy with their performance. When Dillon came to replace the refrigerator doors, he had somebody with him and I don’t know what his name was but they worked well as a team.
