  Moving into Oasis at 301 was the best thing ever. De’Asia and the leasing team were incredible, and community is awesome.

  They might try and rip you off when you move out. - They want me to PAY for a carpet replacement because there are moisture stains UNDER the carpet. I kept the carpet surface spotless with no stains or bad odors. How did I not get a new carpet when my upstairs neighbor left the water running and water POURED in my apartment, soaking the carpet ??? Why do I have to pay for it now? - Air conditioning unit sucks, it broke multiple times and they were never found a permanent solution. So I had to sleep without AC in the hot Florida weather waiting for them to come and fix it the next day. At one point they sawed off the wall and put a very loud machine running for HOURS in my living room to drain all the water trapped. This was not the last time the AC unit stopped working, and they probably won’t fix it before turning the apartment over to the next tenant. - Walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in every room of the apartment. You can hear your neighbors, and you better believe they can hear you. - Internet service sucks, slow and drops all the time, and you are stuck with it because they won’t let you contract your own service with Spectrum. They want you to pay for their technology package. - No smoking policy, good, but you will smell weed in the elevator. - It’s next to 301 so it will be loud when you walk out to your balcony. - They try and bribe you when you sign the lease to post a good review. That’s the reason you will see good reviews from people that have not even started living there. I definitely don’t recommend anyone moving here. There are plenty of alternatives in the area.

  I recently moved into Oasis at 301 and wanted to share my experience because the team made the whole process so smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to Brendan and Jordan from the leasing office — they were incredibly helpful throughout every step of the leasing process. They were patient with all my questions, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a stressful move feel easy and organized. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out and made me feel comfortable choosing this community. I also want to give special recognition to the Maintenance team. Dylan and his Senior have been extremely kind, respectful, and quick to help whenever needed. It’s reassuring to know there’s a maintenance team that genuinely cares and treats residents with kindness. Overall, I’ve had a great start living here and really appreciate the effort the team puts into making residents feel supported and welcomed.

  I've just finished 2 years of living Oasis at 301 and sadly have to leave for other reasons, but I have nothing but nice things to say. Office staff Kim and Brandon have been amazing throughout the last two years and I'm so glad I stumbled upon this community. Rent was reasonable and our unit was given to us in great condition. All maintenance requests were performed super quick. The only con I have taken away is that the walls are very thin, and if neighbors are loud, you can and will hear a lot of it. Thankfully if it is ever a problem, staff was always willing to let other residents know about noise complaints. Amenities are beautiful. Sad to be leaving!!

  Un poco decepcionante lo k está pasando últimamente, pues llevo 2 años en está comunidad y quisiera destacar que coincido con las inquietudes expuestas. Primero que nada lo referente a la música ya se ha convertido en un hábito el tener que escuchar desde hace ya 3 meses, a diario y a cualquier hora ese sonido estremecedor y vibrante que no deja siquiera poder oir bien la televisión ni tampoco dormir, y que también he planteado mi inquietud en la Oficina y no han resuelto nada de nada. Al menos enviar un Warning a los residentes, para ver si toman conciencia de no molestar a los demás, pues por supuesto esto no es casa de nadie. aqui estamos rentados y el k quiera musica alta que se compre una casa. Por otro lado y a pesar de que hace bien poco se pintaron todos los building, encuentro la comunidad más sucia que nunca, señalando en primer lugar a los propios residentes que no cuidan la limpieza. Yo en ocasiones me pongo a barrer el pasillo y hasta a limpiar con abundante agua, para ver al menos al frente de mi apto limpio. Es una pena una comunidad tan bonita, y el personal de oficina muy amable. Ojalá y todo cambie para bien. Y que sepan de alguna manera dar solución a esto
