  Sentosa is an okay place to live, we lived here for a bit over a year in a second floor apartment. I feel it can be a bit overpriced if you dont have a special applied. Hallways and staircases look stained and dirty, even after their “pressure washing”. Neighbors can be loud and noisy but thats to be expected living in a complex. Ive overall had a just okay experience living here, not too much to complain about. some ups ive experienced: property always looks clean, leasing office is very helpful, maintenance is ALWAYS timely Ive had them clean my ac out,clear out wasps,fix door hinges etc, pool area and gym are always mostly clean, unit itself is an okay size and layout and the hardwood floors have always been a plus for me, foodtrucks are often announced and I like the variety they offer some downs ive experienced: the complex gate seems to break/ be left open at night? not too picky about that because its been relatively safe living here, but we do pay for it so.., while maintainance is responsive, I have only one thing to complain about and that is when I asked them to fix a heavily squeaky door they fixed the squeak but then that door did not want to stay open by itself(slowly started closing every time we opened it) and when we asked them to fix it again they said everyone here either has squeaky doors or one that doesnt stay open. which felt odd but whatever I left it alone either way so far its been just okay. We will be moving out soon because our special will not be applied to the lease renewal and therefore 1900+ a month for a one bedroom apartment seems a bit silly to renew on a place that has been just okay. I will update my review upon move out to see how it goes.

  I'm making homemade chicken sandwich I was just in the office with Nicole and Shirley here at Sentosa and they are amazing any question I ask of them they was able to produce an answer immediately that's customer service for you.
