  I had the pleasure of being attended by Miss Sherlie Ayala and the truth could not be better her attention, very kind and attentive with every detail, she really made the search for my apartment and my moving processes excellent.   Sherlie me ayudó con todo, me guió y explicó todo a la perfección, me atendió muy bien y me hizo sentir muy cómoda en el proceso, actualmente vivo aquí y siempre está muy pendiente de cualquier duda que tengo,me ayuda con resolver rápidamente lo que yo necesite Sherlie helped me with everything, she guided me and explained everything perfectly, she attended me very well and made me feel very comfortable in the process, I currently live here and she is always very aware of any questions I have, she helps me quickly solve what I need

  I had a great experience visiting this community and wanted to leave a review because it really stood out. The property is very well kept, clean, and has a great overall atmosphere. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into both the design and how the community is maintained. The amenities were a huge highlight. Everything feels modern, well taken care of, and actually usable, not just for show. It really feels like a place you’d enjoy spending time in, not just living. What impressed me most though was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Michelle went above and beyond to welcome me as soon as I arrived. You don’t always get that level of service, and it made a big difference in the overall experience. I specifically worked with Veronica Vega during the visit, and seeing how she interacts with residents and prospects made it clear that she truly cares about people and finding their best fit and not just filling units. You can tell the manager Jen runs a community where they all truly care about the work they do and want to have a positive effect on the experience for the residents! Overall, this community made a strong impression on me. Once I’m ready to make my next move, this will definitely be at the top of my list.

  Great apartments for all family makeups. This is a great location with easy access to grocery stores, gas stations and the highway. It was a joy to stay at Sentosa where the team was amazing. Shout out to Michele for make everything seamless for the move in & out process!
