  Been here for a year now and me & my neighbors was discussing this last week. Would not recommend living here. Management is unresponsive, maintenance requests take forever, and the communication is terrible. The apartment looked decent at first, but once you move in, you start noticing issues that never really get fixed. Parking is a headache, noise is constant, and they seem to charge extra fees for everything. Definitely not worth the price.

  I moved in January of this year. I honestly regret moving into this place. From day one, it’s been nothing but problems. The apartment looked nice during the tour, but once I moved in, I started noticing issues everywhere leaks under the sink, broken appliances, and bugs that never seem to go away. Maintenance is slow and barely fixes anything. I’ve put in multiple requests and either get ignored or they do a quick patch job that doesn’t last. The management office is hard to reach and doesn’t seem to care once you’ve signed the lease. On top of that, the walls are super thin, so you hear everything neighbors arguing, music, footsteps all night. Parking is also a nightmare, especially late at night. For the price they’re charging, it’s definitely not worth it. I would not recommend living here unless you’re okay dealing with constant frustration.

  Julio D. is the best maintenance man we have ever had, hands down. Any issue is solved with care & consideration, he’s respectful of your home, & very knowledgeable for future instances of any mishaps. He eases any worry every time and quickly works on making sure our requests are solved the first way & the right way. Thank you so much Julio! We appreciate you so much!
