  I recently came in to this property and had a great experience meeting the groundskeeper his name was Jeremy he does great work and you can tell he takes pride in his job, he has great communication skills and great community service I felt at home as soon as i met Jeremy I was welcomed in a community I didn’t even move into yet, as I toured the property an it looked well maintained, I am excited to live in a community where a person like Jeremy works at, on the other hand I had a horrible experience with the maintenance manager who does not know how to communicate and is very disrespectful I do advise you change the head of the maintenance team because I instantly received negative energy from meeting Miguel it seems like that is the weak link of the team but otherwise everyone on the team was great but Jeremy stands out he gave me a comfortable and great experience when coming to this property

  I have nothing but good things to say about Jeremy. He works extremely hard, takes pride in what he does, and consistently goes above and beyond to keep everything looking its best. He is dependable, hardworking, and clearly takes his job seriously. On top of that, he has excellent customer service skills and treats people with respect and professionalism. He is a great asset to the property and deserves recognition for the amount of work he puts in every day. Unfortunately, my experience with the Miguel who is the maintenance manager, has been very disappointing. From what I have observed, he frequently relies on the groundkeeper to take care of responsibilities that should be handled by the maintenance manager himself. This puts an unfair amount of work and responsibility on someone who is already working extremely hard. Another major concern is his lack of professionalism when communicating with people. The way he speaks to others can come across as disrespectful and dismissive, which makes the work environment uncomfortable. A manager should be able to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally while also taking responsibility for their own duties. There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to both leadership and customer service.

  Tasha’s warm and welcoming presence sets the tone for the entire community. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to make residents feel truly cared for. No matter how big or small the request, Tasha is on top of everything with incredible efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care. On top of her flawless day-to-day assistance, she does an extraordinary job organizing the monthly resident events. They are always well-planned, fun, and create such a wonderful atmosphere to meet neighbors and build real community. Tasha truly makes living here a fantastic experience—5 stars all around!

Jeremy consistently goes above and beyond for our community, demonstrating true professionalism and genuine care. Whether you bump into him on the property or speak with him over the phone, he always greets everyone with a warm, welcoming smile and an eager-to-help attitude. His positive energy is truly infectious. On top of his incredible friendliness, Jeremy is remarkably knowledgeable—he’s always up-to-speed on upcoming property updates, events, and maintenance, and he handles every question or concern effortlessly.   Spoke with Tasha, the apartment leasing agent, and she was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and extremely resourceful when it came to answering questions and helping me understand each step of the application process. You can tell she really knows her job and takes pride in making sure applicants have the information they need. The entire experience was smooth, organized, and welcoming from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for an apartment. Great atmosphere, professional staff, and excellent customer service. Tasha definitely made a strong impression and represented the property very well.
