    unresponsive maintenance, will leave you without AC, in an 84 degree home for multiple nights in a row. very inaccessible for emergency maintenance requests or trying to reach management at all.

    This is a wonderful community. The staff truly care about their tenants! I love their professionalism. The maintenance personnel gives top tier service, and is very efficient. It is a welcoming community, very clean and most importantly peaceful. If you're looking for a new home, look no further!

    This is a property ran by a bunch of scammers. During my short tenured here my home smelt like sewer, I did not have the fence I was promised during move-in, dealt with little to no parking, and had multiple different property managers. During my transition out, the previous property manager never sent me proof I returned my keys or responded to my emails asking for a final bill. Now almost years later this company wants to send me to collections. I've reached out via email and their new property manager has done nothing to escalate my concerns. Avoid this group of scammers.

    I visited the apartment and had a virtual tour that was extremely confusing with too many steps to just view an apartment. The townhome is perfect with latest appliances, tons of storage and excellent layout. The enclosed backyard was just what we were looking for. Trouble started when I wanted to apply and talk to a human. This organization is the best example for corporate greed and AI slop. Multiple calls over a full week would be met with the same AI slop which is useless. The leasing agent is not available and ended up leaving multiple voicemails. I tried the resident services team with the hope of reaching a human but ended with voicemails. This does not bode well for future if the maintenance team will not be accessible at all. Anyone interested in choosing this property must be wary of the absymal service in the leasing center. This level of service is definitely due to firing humans and expecting AI slop to replace them. EDIT: Finally, I was able to get in touch with a leasing agent and got the application completed in a day. AI: 0 Human: 1

    We were moving from NJ to Tampa and we were so happy with L'Attitide and we immediately decided to move-in after touring the apartment on our own. We did have few concerns and questions before completing our application and we desperately wanted to talk with an leasing agent (a human to be specific) as we were worried about losing the place and also we needed a place immediately as we were traveling with a 12 week old and we have been following up and calling the number in the website and trying to get hold of someone to get the things clarified but still we are awaiting a call back and everytime we call it goes to the AI agent who is unable to resolve or give an proper answer to our queries. Now as badly we want to move to L'attitude negligence from administration making us question our decision Please it would be really helpful if a real person can spare some 10 minutes and hear us out and clarify our questions. EDIT:Atlast we were able to finish our application and nail down our apartmet. A big thanks to Kithia who pitched in and helped us with all our doubts and get it done within a day.
