  So far our experience has been anything but pleasant regarding front desk staff. As soon as we walked into our apartment when we got the keys our place was not cleaned AT ALL and things were broken around our apartment. Not to mention how difficult and unprofessional the application process was to begin with, so that was already not a good start. Then a few weeks after moving in, I went to the front where they had a food truck and ran into Jasel. She had something to say about how we put our trash out not knowing she was actually giving me a warning? Got an email a few weeks later threatening to fine us since she already talked to me about it. We have corrected how we leave our trash out in the bin since because she claimed a neighbor complained but none of our neighbors leave their trash in their bins in front of their apartments (I have pictures to prove it). Don’t feel comfortable even being in the community area because I’m afraid of running into her and front staff, they made us extremely uncomfortable. They also do not reply to emails when I have other concerns such as construction next door to us and noise starting before 8 am without any sort of notification. When they did respond, I was completely dismissed. It’s unfortunate because I love our apartment and the complex is beautiful but not a fan of front desk staff. Really like the maintenance team, they are super nice. Disappointed with my first experience as a person who just moved to Florida to be closer to family. They really need to work on their communication and friendliness with tenants.

  From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The employees here are incredibly professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it’s answering a question, addressing a concern, or simply offering a friendly greeting, they consistently make me feel valued and taken care of. The environment itself is just as impressive. The grounds are clean, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for with pride. It’s refreshing to live in a place where everything feels orderly, safe, and well kept. I truly love calling this neighborhood home, and I’m grateful every day for the people who work hard to make it such a wonderful place to live.

  Jasel is amazing! She was professional, friendly, and very informative during my tour & move in. She had an answer to all my questions and made everything feel so easy. I enjoy living in this community, it’s beautiful and well-kept. Definitely recommend touring with her, and choosing to reside here in The Boardwalk At Tradition!

  I’m giving this community 1 star because my experience here has been extremely disappointing. As someone who is currently pregnant, I’ve repeatedly raised concerns about the constant marijuana smell coming into my apartment from neighboring units. Instead of addressing the issue or trying to accommodate the situation, management has been completely unhelpful. The smell makes my home completely uncomfortable and my concerns for my health and my baby’s health have not been taken seriously. I also want to warn families with small children that this is not a very family-friendly environment. Between the ongoing smoke issues and the general atmosphere around the property, it does not feel like a safe or healthy place to raise kids. On top of that, my car has been hit twice within a single month in the parking area, which is extremely frustrating and concerning. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. It feels like residents are forced to communicate through an AI assistant, there’s no phone number to speak with a human and when you do receive a response it appears to be an AI-generated email rather than an actual person addressing the problem. If you’re looking for low class living, this is the place. If you value your family, health, and belongings, find somewhere else to live.
