  We came in from out of town and we were treated like royalty with the level of attention we received. We were looking for a safe and comfortable apartment for my mother to reside in for 12 months, and The Lucie Apartments in Tradition exceeded expectations. The property is modern with many amenities and is located in a great area with classy surroundings.

  The facility at Lucie at Tradition is not bad however the previous staff was nice and friendly while the current staff seemed to be rude and dismissive unfortunately I would not recommend this place.

  My mom has lived here over a year and loves it. I love going with her to their pool area because it’s like being at a really nice hotel. I stayed with her the past week when my house was having rehab and it was so quiet and clean. I went to get a package for her and they have great coffee in the club area. Having lived myself at a few complexes I think this one seems to be probably the best there is. Walking across the road to Starbucks after my work out every morning was a dream.

  Lyly is the best. Super easy going always helps with any questions moving in was a breeze, Feels like home still Love living here

  I tried to rent in this community, I was super excited since everything seemed impeccable it looked clean, with large common spaces new apartments or with very good maintenance so I made the decision to do it, entered all the documents and waited (almost 4 days) I asked for an Email to which they never answered me if they needed anything else, maybe reinforce my liquidity (I don't know) on the 6th day I got I contacted the office and a lady called LYLYY answered me that my application was denied and that I would already be refunded the deposit money, So my question is, if I insisted if I asked if something else was missing if I'm really trying I shouldn't have sent me an email first she telling me that I was missing something else maybe strengthen my income (I don't know maybe put my partner in the contract) basically I felt that I had no interest in renting, or that at least she didn't want to do it with me, so I made the decision to apply to TAVALO TRADICION and after doing it 2 hours passed and I get the approval email then in less than 24 hours I signed the contract and Make the payments. What's worse is that I sent her text messages asking Mrs. LYLY if she would do the application again with my partner or that she reminded me what to do and I never had an answer! But thanks to the fact that I didn't rent there I got this other option that is better with a lake view at the same price 🙏
