  DO NOT MOVE HERE! NO PARKING AND THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR! Be sure to have $451 ready!! Looks like most of the reviews her are old so here’s a current one. There’s never any parking after 10pm, the leasing office knows this is an issue and instead of issuing decals or assigned parking they tell you they’re working on but can’t seem to advise what the action plan is outside of towing resident vehicles, who are on the lease and saying they’re only guaranteed parking is a garage that is an additional $250-$300 fee and doesn’t guarantee it will near your apartment. Please do not tell me to contact the property manager because I’ve already met with her in person! Thank you! We’re all need to report them and leave this place I know I plan to!

  They don’t provide you with enough parking, but allow for 5+ people to live in one apartment. Then tow your car when you are FORCED to park in a non-parking spot. Management will tell you just park on the complete other side of the complex, but as a woman who works late, that is a safety hazard. Absolutely do not move here if you value your comfort. Also…. When are the bushes getting trimmed??? It looks awful!

  They don’t have enough parking spots and will tow your car, good luck getting parking after 8pm. They don’t cut the grass until they get complaints. I pay for a dog and the dog park was knee high in grass. All the washers and fridges in each apartment are rusted looking. They show you a good show room and you get a dirty room with scratches in the floor and on the walls when you move in. You’ll probably have a neighbor with 10 people living in the apartment and they won’t do anything about it. They just don’t have enough parking spots but still let that slide. Must be new management, go somewhere else for an apartment, cheaper and better ones right near.

  I would give Atlantic Palms 0 stars if I could. The biggest issue is the parking. Residents have to park so far away that it’s sometimes a 20-minute walk just to get back to their apartment because there are never enough parking spaces. It seems like people who don’t even live here leave their cars overnight, and management does nothing to address it. On top of that, management is extremely unhelpful. Instead of fixing the parking problem, they’re quick to tow residents if they park anywhere that’s not an assigned spot, even when the area isn’t being used. It’s frustrating and feels like they’re more interested in handing out towing fees than helping the people who actually pay to live here. Maintenance is just as disappointing. They come out for repairs but often don’t actually fix the problem, making the service feel pointless. Overall, this complex is poorly managed, the parking situation is unacceptable, and the property isn’t worth the rent. I would not recommend Atlantic Palms to anyone looking for a place to live.
