  When I first moved in…. Four years ago it was not bad but it has been going downhill since. It’s like they went to a prison and invited everyone to rent. I was not a fan of the Mold either, if you live here you know what I’m talking about, and also I moved out 7 months ago and have NOT received my security deposit. When I call to find out what’s going the girls laugh at you and tell you that you will be getting a call back and you never get one.

  Hi, lived here for 3 years, roach infested in multiple apartments not just my own. A hole in the apartment between the oven and sink floor, the staff in charge, female today was mean and nasty. Towed two of my vehicles. Will charge a tenant who has been there 3 years $1750 + for a 2 bed, while a new tenant is only being charged $1300. Please make it make sense. Also charge you $100 fees for trash and extra fees if you try to put out your trash by mistake on the wrong day. Please don't live here, terrible service. And the power box snaps off every hour or so, so probably not safe for your kids to stay here.

  The Groves community has met all my expectations regarding price, customer service, tranquility, cleanliness, and much more. Ms. Adele Blanchette is a wonderful person when it comes to customer service; she assists you throughout the entire process and is incredibly attentive and understanding. The gentleman and the young man on the maintenance team are also extremely attentive and respond immediately to service calls. I truly recommend this community 100%.

  Kathern was wonderful and very courteous showing us a 2 bed 2 bath apt. We are looking forward to becoming a new resident at the Groves. She was very informative regarding the information we needed.

  I can’t say enough good things about Adele and Cheyenne. They were not only helpful but genuinely kind and thoughtful they genuinely care about people not just the job they made this whole experience so much easier and thoughtful I truly appreciate their help during the moving process, they went above and beyond love them both!!!!!!
