  The Groves is one of the most affordable apartments in this economy. I had to move out of my recently bought house temporarily but needed 3 bedrooms. It was so hard to find in my budget. I came across the Groves which offers 15 month leases AND they had a move in special, so it costed me $500ish to move in. That alone was huge...but it also came with washer and dryer and valet trash service. It was more than what I needed. Adele in the office is the best with fast communication, she made the process really smooth. For the most part it's quiet (of course there are some neighbors who have domestic situation, but the police have kept it at bay) and relaxing. I love the gym and the 2 pools.

  Has been pleasant and peaceful. maintenance problems are solved promptly and customer service excellent.

  Adele at The Groves has been absolutely wonderful. She is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. She takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and makes you feel like your concerns actually matter. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is both personable and dependable. Adele is a real asset to The Groves, and I truly appreciate everything she does!

  Adele has been absolutely amazing. She helped out move in every step of the way and was always available for questions. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. Perfect for me and my family!

  Could not have had an easier experience with my move in, everyone was helpful and the new worker I think her name was Valentina was the most patient with me, im very awkward and scared to ask certain types of questions but she made it so I didn’t even have to ask questions. I’d 100% recommend this place and I gotta say good price on a good apartment!
