Have truly had a wonderful experience here. Special shoutout to the maintenance crew which currently consists of the awesome Chris, Hamza and Edgar who always promptly handle any and all requests professionally, with empathy as if it were their own home they're taking care of--and with a smile on their face and a friendly demeanor despite the grueling heat they often find themselves working in. All in all a great place and it's evident that the staff I've encountered truly care about the residents.

I greatly appreciate our maintenance guys here. Edgar, Chris, and Hamza are always super helpful. They’ve taken care of our AC before, and just fixed a light for us. Always very professional, And they actually do the work that needs done instead of just sticking bandaids on things.

I have nothing but good things to say about Charlotte Commons! From the moment we walked in the door for a tour, we were greeted by Lissie C. and she honestly was a breath of fresh air. Looking for a new place to call home can often be stressful and feel like a chore. This complex makes us feel like we are already at home before we even move in. 10/10 recommend Charlotte Commons if you're looking for a new place.
