A lot of bad people live here. Wouldn't believe the adultery, you might as well live in the villages. Especially with marilla
The apartment complex itself is decent aside from crappy neighbors but that’s anywhere. Don’t have much to offer compared to other apartments in the area and if you work from home, forget about it. They force you to use Summit Broadband which is actual trash. Can’t wait to get out of here.

I’ve lived at Charlotte Commons for almost 8 months, and I have to say Anna Correa is the best representative I’ve ever dealt with at an apartment community. There have been a few bumps along the way, but Anna always listened to my concerns and made sure they were addressed. Her follow-through and communication made a real difference in my experience here.
I’m a barber and have been in business for over 12 years, so I know what good customer service looks like — and Anna definitely has that about her. I’m planning to stay long-term, and I really hope Anna continues to be part of the team. She’s the reason this feels like a well-managed community.

I had such a great experience touring the property with Anna! From the moment I arrived, she was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. She took her time showing me everything, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She made the entire tour feel comfortable and genuinely exciting.
You can tell Anna actually cares about the people she works with and wants them to feel confident about where they may be calling home. Finding a new place can be stressful, but she made the process feel easy and positive. The apartment was beautiful, and Anna’s energy and customer service made the experience even better.
Thank you so much, Anna, for being patient, informative, and so kind. You definitely made a lasting impression and made me even more excited about the possibility of living here. Give this woman her flowers! 🌸👏🏽
I have had nothing but problems since living at this apartment. Within my lease, we’ve had three cabinets break, the air conditioner leak twice, and there were times when the AC wasn’t working at all. The ice maker barely works, and despite reporting issues with the AC, the sludge in unit was never cleaned out until I reported it.
When this 3rd party had to reseal the bathtub, it turned into a huge inconvenience. We were told we couldn’t use the bathroom for 24 hours, forcing us to leave our apartment, and when the work was finished, the crew left a mess behind.
The leasing process has been just as frustrating. We originally informed the office that we weren’t planning to renew our lease. Due to unexpected life events, we later decided we wanted to stay. However, the office refused to tell us what our renewal rate would be unless we first agreed to renew. That put us in an impossible position because if the new rent ended up being unaffordable, we would have had to restart the 60-day notice process and pay month-to-month rent, which is an outrageous $2,400 per month for a two-bedroom apartment.
Overall, communication and management have all been disappointing. It’s been one issue after another, and I can’t recommend living here based on my experience.
