  I am not moving in until September so I can’t review the living space yet. But what I can review is how professional, helpful, and courteous the leasing agents Samra and Isiah have been to me. Always willing and available to answer any questions or concerns. They are both an asset there and really make me feel like I am already part of the Velara community.

  My time at Velara was very short (shy of four months) but there's nothing bad I could say about the complex and team. I just made a blind move from Orlando, and ended up not liking the surrounding area and missing small conveniences (elevators for example as it's stairs only). I ended up relocating to one of my favorite areas, St Augustine. The Velara team have been nothing but helpful and friendly. And even though I don't favor the area, it is pretty, well maintained and quiet. I had some doubts about the Fetch package service beforehand, since it's not something I'd normally need in a home or would want to pay for, but it worked well and was convenient. Edited my one con about breaking leases being higher - it's actually on par with my experience with Greystar/Bainbridge, which require the typical 60 days of additional rent. For anyone looking in the area - highly recommend.

  Samra has been incredibly helpful throughout my experience. She is always friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to help. Thank you, Samra, for making everything so much easier. Highly recommend! Best community!

  From the very beginning, Isiah was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find the perfect unit for us. We can't thank him enough for making the process so easy. The rest of the staff has been just as friendly and helpful, and the customer service has been excellent across the board. Overall, we've had a great experience and would definitely recommend this complex!
