  Im in love my community! The entire property team is amazing and very genuine and caring! I truly had a great experience renting here and never want to move! The community is beautiful and very well maintained always smells great and just such a great place to live! I love the sauna, pool, and clubhouse with pool tables. My apartment is wonderful and cozy! If your looking for a great well maintained place to live come to Old town where standards are above and beyond met!

  I have been living in Old Town Square for two years and recently renewed my lease for another year. I’ve truly enjoyed my stay so far. The community team has always been helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The common areas are cleaned daily and are well maintained. Overall, it’s a great community—conveniently located near the beach, grocery stores, and everything you might need.

  I live here, and it’s a pretty great place to live honestly! They have many community events for residents and the conveniences of the amenities just puts it over the top! Everyone is very friendly also, we’re like our own little community.
