  THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT TRUST ANY INFORMATION COMING FROM THEM!!! They have 0 records or actual proof and just throw charges like nothing. they are constantly Emailing me for different made up charges and asking for payment of “upstanding balance I have with them” “move out Fee” when I haven’t even lived there! Every Email is different and now asking for “good faith payments” Good faith payments for what????? When I explained to them they did nothing but to keep harassing me with constant emails. I decided to check this place online and read all the reviews!!! And I cannot even believe it. The lack of professionalism is insane. There’s no way. They’re worst than scam calls.

  If you’re thinking of leasing here, DO IT! My boyfriend and I recently moved in, and we couldn’t have done it without the support from Rosa. The move-in process was seamless, maintenance requests are handled within hours of submitting a ticket, the community is clean, and everyone is incredibly friendly. I can’t say enough about how helpful both Brittany and Rosa were throughout our move-in process. They went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. We’re so happy with our experience and are glad to call this community home!

  Im in love my community! The entire property team is amazing and very genuine and caring! I truly had a great experience renting here and never want to move! The community is beautiful and very well maintained always smells great and just such a great place to live! I love the sauna, pool, and clubhouse with pool tables. My apartment is wonderful and cozy! If your looking for a great well maintained place to live come to Old town where standards are above and beyond met!

  I have been living in Old Town Square for two years and recently renewed my lease for another year. I’ve truly enjoyed my stay so far. The community team has always been helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The common areas are cleaned daily and are well maintained. Overall, it’s a great community—conveniently located near the beach, grocery stores, and everything you might need.
