My husband and I moved to Morea about a month ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Nicolas has been amazing since the very first day we toured the property. He always checks in to make sure everything is going well and genuinely cares about the residents. He truly makes us feel welcomed and part of a community. We’re glad we chose this complex!

We lived in this wonderful place for four years. An excellent location, attentive and responsive staff, and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you, Morea♥️!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Morea Apartments.
Before ever taking possession of my apartment, I contacted the leasing office to explain that I was experiencing severe postpartum medical complications that significantly affected my ability to work and my financial situation. I wasn’t asking to walk away without communicating. I reached out early, explained my circumstances, and tried to work with management to understand my options.
During those conversations, I was told that they would “help” if I chose to terminate the lease, and the early termination fee would be 1 month instead of 2 as a “favor”. I relied on that information while trying to make decisions during an incredibly difficult time.
I never received keys, never completed a walkthrough, and never moved into the apartment. I also requested a reasonable accommodation due to my documented medical condition and never received a meaningful response. Instead, my email was ignored, I was later sent a final bill for a different amount than what had previously been discussed, and when I asked for clarification, I was simply told there was “nothing additional to go over” and that the account would be sent to collections.
What hurt the most wasn’t just the financial aspect. It was the complete lack of compassion and willingness to even have a conversation. I understand leases are legal contracts, but I expected honesty, consistency, and at least some empathy for someone navigating serious and severe postpartum medical complications. Money is their only concern.
I hope management reconsiders how situations like mine are handled in the future. A little communication and compassion can go a long way.

Honestly, completely ridiculous. You have to pay to park after two hours and then they give you a $55 ticket. I was looking to lease at this place, but why would I ever wanna live with such a bunch of crooks such ridiculous management and business practices
