  going on 2 and half years in building the staff are great from the cleaning crew to the managers !! however my apt is falling apart i gave up getting things fixed and they only move you into a new apt if its bigger not smaller However my REAL concern is the elevator it has been broken since DEC 27THor so it has worked for a day here and there you can get no update on it being fixed when my mom visits she can barley walk do know how hard it is for her to walk to the complete other side of the building to do anything outside. my finally straw is that she took my truck to drive outside to get fresh air. no updates its embarrassing when company comes over and they are like still its not working! If rent was cheap then ok but is not so you expect things to work or be fixed maybe this will get someones attention

  I had the pleasure of living at Morea for nearly five years, and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The building is beautiful and consistently well maintained — it is clear that great care is taken to keep everything clean, fresh, and in excellent condition. I would especially like to highlight Hans and his team for his outstanding work. Whenever any issue arose, they were incredibly responsive, often arriving within minutes and resolving everything quickly and efficiently. Their dedication and professionalism are genuinely appreciated. I am also very grateful to the management team, led by Kevin and Bonnie, who continuously strive to make the living experience comfortable and enjoyable for residents. Their efforts do not go unnoticed. Another great advantage is the location — the building is close to the beach and near a large park with pools and playgrounds, which is especially convenient for families with children. It is truly sad to be leaving such a lovely place.

  I just moved into Morea, but I already feel so at home! Chad has been so amazing during the whole process, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m looking forward to my time here!

  Nicolas was very helpful. He guided us through the application, and moving process. Professional and timely with any follow up requests that we had. Love my new apartment. Thank you all so much!
