  This is going to be a slightly lengthy review, but I think it’s worth sharing our experience. Our move out of state had been planned for over a year, and during that time, we visited Morea three separate times to make sure we felt completely confident about the units, location, safety, and property overall. Since we knew this was going to be a major move for us, we were admittedly a little picky and wanted to make sure everything was right before making a final decision. During all three of our visits, we worked with Chad from the leasing office, and he was honestly a huge part of why we ultimately felt so comfortable choosing Morea. He was exceptional throughout the entire process—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to address every question or concern we had. We never felt rushed or pressured, and he went above and beyond to help us throughout the process. We truly appreciate how much time and effort he put into making such a big move feel easier for us. As for the property itself, the units are absolutely beautiful. One thing I would strongly recommend is seeing them in person if you have the opportunity. The virtual tours and videos really do not do the apartments justice. They are MUCH bigger and more spacious in person than they appear online, and the overall feel of the property is even better once you’re actually there. So far, our experience with Morea has been nothing but positive. Between the property itself and the experience we’ve had with the leasing team—especially Chad—we feel very confident that we made the right decision. Time for moving!

  Put in a fix request for AC not working on a Monday evening, Genc from maintenance called me Tuesday morning and we had a new AC unit installed in our apartment by the end of the day! Thank you for the wonderful and speedy help Genc! 10/10 Recommend Morea and the awesome staff.

  The entire staff at Morea is excellent. So efficient and they address any issues you may have immediately! The maintenance department is incredible you couldn’t ask for better service. If you’re looking for an apartment this is the place to be!!!!

  No customer service at all from the leasing office, and they are fast to give you attitude or dismiss you. Thank god I didn’t spend my money applying, you can tell they only care about you until you sign I have dealt with this these types of people at leasing before and it always turns into a long nightmare

  My husband and I moved to Morea about a month ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Nicolas has been amazing since the very first day we toured the property. He always checks in to make sure everything is going well and genuinely cares about the residents. He truly makes us feel welcomed and part of a community. We’re glad we chose this complex!
