  Honestly, completely ridiculous. You have to pay to park after two hours and then they give you a $55 ticket. I was looking to lease at this place, but why would I ever wanna live with such a bunch of crooks such ridiculous management and business practices

  We’ve lived here for almost three years now, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. The maintenance team is truly outstanding. Any time we’ve needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly, professionally, and always with a great attitude. The property is incredibly clean and well-maintained, something that really stands out compared to other places we’ve lived I also want to recognize Bonnie from the leasing office, Nicholas, and Chad. They have all been amazing throughout our time here. They are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Even when I send multiple emails or have a lot of questions, they are patient and responsive every single time After living in several different communities, I can honestly say the level of service and care here is unmatched. We’ve had absolutely zero issues during our time as residents. On the contrary, we’ve genuinely enjoyed living here and appreciate all the effort the management team puts into creating a great community, resident events and the day-to-day support they provide We’re happy to be renewing for another year and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that truly feels cared for

  I had the pleasure of living at Morea for nearly five years, and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The building is beautiful and consistently well maintained — it is clear that great care is taken to keep everything clean, fresh, and in excellent condition. I would especially like to highlight Hans and his team for his outstanding work. Whenever any issue arose, they were incredibly responsive, often arriving within minutes and resolving everything quickly and efficiently. Their dedication and professionalism are genuinely appreciated. I am also very grateful to the management team, led by Kevin and Bonnie, who continuously strive to make the living experience comfortable and enjoyable for residents. Their efforts do not go unnoticed. Another great advantage is the location — the building is close to the beach and near a large park with pools and playgrounds, which is especially convenient for families with children. It is truly sad to be leaving such a lovely place.
