  If you enjoy waking up to the horrible noise of lawn mowers and leaf blowers almost every morning, then this may be the place for you. From Monday through Thursday, and sometimes possibly even Friday, residents and workers may hear extremely loud landscaping equipment almost every day. The residential, office, professional, retail, supermarket, and commercial properties are all built very close together. That can be convenient, but the landscaping is not managed under one coordinated schedule. Imagine Monday is your day off and you want to sleep, but the residential landscaping wakes you up. On Tuesday, you get dressed and go to work, sit down in the office, and another crew starts outside. On Wednesday, you visit a nearby law office and hear the same noise again. On Thursday, you go to a store or supermarket, and another crew is working there. Because all of these properties are concentrated in the same small area, there is almost no full day of quiet. Each crew appears to work only about three or four hours. Why not schedule all four crews on the same day and finish the entire area within three or four hours? Instead, the work is spread across four separate days, forcing everyone nearby to endure repeated lawn mower and leaf blower noise throughout most of the week. The leaves and debris are not always properly removed either. The blowers often seem to push dirty leaves from one area to another, leaving the mess nearby. The different spaces also interfere with one another in other ways. When a commercial building holds an event near its entrance, the noise and activity can make it difficult to work in the nearby offices. These areas are so close together that there is no clear separation between residential, office, retail, and commercial space. This is a property-management and coordination problem. The landscaping could be completed in one organized day instead of being spread across four days. Management has stated that the schedules cannot be coordinated, which makes the situation even more frustrating. The office building also directly faces the residential units, with windows only about three meters apart. This creates a serious privacy and security concern. If you enjoy having people in the office building across from you able to see directly into your home, then this may be the place for you. Several people have also mentioned that vehicle damage in this area is a genuine concern. My own car has two door dings, 2 on each side, which occurred in this parking lot or the surrounding area. I simply cannot understand why some people are so careless when opening their car doors that they end up damaging other people’s vehicles. If you drive a Bentley, a Rolls-Royce, or any other luxury vehicle, I would recommend carefully reconsidering this so-called “luxury apartment” community.

  I would not recommend this leasing company based on my experience with their management. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism, communication, and decision-making I encountered was extremely disappointing. Management appeared to allow personal feelings and personal conflicts to influence business decisions, which created an unfair and uncomfortable experience. A leasing company should operate with consistency, professionalism, and respect for its residents and clients — not based on personal issues or emotions. There were also concerns regarding management’s conduct and judgment, including situations where alcohol use appeared to affect professionalism. Regardless of the circumstances, leadership in a property management role should maintain a high standard of responsibility and accountability. If you have had any dealings here you will know exactly who this is regarding….. Overall, my experience left me feeling that management lacked professionalism, fairness, and the ability to handle situations objectively. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more respectful and professional environment for future tenants.

  Beautiful place with very welcoming leasing agent, Carolina! She has been wonderful from the start! Moving from out of state there were a lot of things to get organized and prepare for the move. She went above and beyond to not only assure me that this was a safe beautiful place to live but also gave me peace of mind knowing all my plans would be executed in a smooth manner. Mayla is so very lucky to have her there. 🩷
