I had a great experience working with Reilly during my apartment walkthrough. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and his attention to detail really stood out. Reilly’s positive attitude and excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re looking for a leasing agent who is honest, helpful, and genuinely cares about finding the right fit for you, I highly recommend asking for Reilly.
I recently had the pleasure of working with the maintenance team at planation walk and I can confidently give them a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️five-star review. From start to finish, the staff demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and an impressive level of care.🤩
The Staff truly went above and beyond to ensure every issue was addressed promptly. Whether it was routine maintenance or unexpected repairs, their response time was outstanding. They communicated clearly, arrived on schedule, and were always courteous and respectful of my home.
One of the highlights of my experience was the staff . This level of attentiveness and dedication is rare, and it made me feel valued as a tenant.

I absolutely love living at The Rise at Plantation! From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel so welcome. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service truly made me feel at home and confident that I chose the right place to live.
The community is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The amenities are fantastic, it’s pet-friendly, and the location is perfect, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and everything you need.
I highly recommend The Rise at Plantation to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and family-friendly community. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a wonderful place to call home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We lived here for 4 years and finally moved out. The first year we lived there everything was great, then they got a new management company and everything started going downhill.
What finally pushed us to move was the incompetence of the management team. For almost four years parking has been free for one car and guest parking. Last year they decided to implement a new parking system that we would need to pay for, and does not allow cars to back in. Upon further research this parking system has many rules on how you are allowed to park or you will get towed. Myself, along with many other residents tried to address our concerns with the management team about this new parking system to which we were basically told we have no choice this is what they are doing (in a nice professional way). When asked for a meeting to discuss we were ignored.
After this we decided to move out and the process dealing with management was horrible. I had to go into their office almost every day for a week to be able to talk to someone. They rarely answer their phone or email, and they provided incorrect phone numbers and email addresses in their communication about lease renewal.
Once I started going in to speak to someone it took multiple follow ups before anything would get done. Often I would speak with someone who would then tell me the exact opposite information from what they told me the day before.
When moving out they ask you to select yes or no to a pack and go form which if selected yes you would pay a couple hundred dollars to move out without having to clean and patch holes in the wall. When I said I wanted to opt out I was encouraged to just pay for the pack and go because they have seen people get charged for very minor things when moving out.
Before we moved out I spoke with a member of the management team in person and showed him the daily wear and tear of our apartment and specifically asked if we would get charged for it and he said he didn't think it would be an issue. Once we moved out we got $500 taken out of our security deposit for those "damages". We moved out 2 months ago just received the rest of our security deposit.
An additional note, this I cannot count against the rise as a whole as it is the architects issues, but there are no stairwells that run from inside the first floor to the rest of the building (the North Building). If I am inside on a higher floor and want to get to the first floor where all of the amenities are, I am forced to take an elevator. There are only 3 elevators in the building and one of them is the service elevator that locks when in use. The other two have issues often. The only other option would be to leave the building and go up the sketchy parking garage steps to then go through the parking garage to get to the building. There are stairs that go from the other floors to outside the building, but there are locked from the outside with no way to unlock and are rarely, if ever cleaned.
While living there, there were a few safety issues that were vaguely addressed and instead whispered about amongst residents.
Within the 4 years of living there two different people flooded their apartments and those apartments below them forcing fans and restoration in the hallways for weeks.
Fire alarms are also often going off, the morning we decided to move out a fire alarm woke us up, I asked the management team that day why it went off and they said it was a false alarm. This seems to happen often because fire alarms going off are rarely if ever addressed by management.
They run fire alarm testing all day a few days a year. Multiple times throughout the year they send maintenance in, often they will not reschedule this if ever.
Overall, we did stay there for so long because it is a nice area and the apartment itself worked for us. However due to our experience with the management and changes thus made, I can no longer recommend living there, especially when there are so many nice options nearby.

I've rented a lot of apartments over the years. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst-run places I've ever lived.
I signed my lease here less than a year ago, and the problems started almost immediately. They have no problem taking your money and raising your rent, but when residents need help? Suddenly nobody works there.
The leasing office literally locks its doors during business hours. Residents show up needing answers, and there's no one around. No explanation. No accountability. Just locked doors and wasted time.
The parking situation is a complete mess. Residents are required to park in a public parking garage. Then suddenly residents started are dealing with issues over the only parking they can use without having to pay for a spot on top of astronomical rent. Instead of fixing the confusion, management makes residents chase them down for answers.
This seems to be how they operate. Create confusion. Add fees. Make residents fight for basic answers.
And don't be fooled by all the glowing reviews. Based on my experience, they don't match reality. Every time negative reviews start showing up, a flood of five-star reviews suddenly appears and pushes the complaints down. Draw your own conclusions.
For what they charge, this place is a joke. The customer service is terrible. Communication is even worse. They disappear when there's a problem and magically show up when it's time to collect rent.
Do yourself a favor. Save your money, save your sanity, and rent somewhere else. I wish someone had warned me before I signed here.
