We had a wonderful experience touring The Rise thanks to Tika. She was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free from the moment we walked in. She took the time to show us the unit we were interested in, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and really made us feel excited about the possibility of calling The Rise home. What stood out the most was her positive energy, attention to detail, and genuine care throughout the tour. You can tell she truly takes pride in the community and wants residents to feel confident in their decision. Thank you, Tika, for such a great experience!

Just moved in with my wife. There were a couple of minor issues with the apartment upon move-in, mainly cosmetic, and Alfonso and the Maintenance Team were all over it. Kudos to him and his staff.

I’ve lived here for over two years, and while it started out as a great place to live, it’s unfortunately gone downhill. Over time, it feels like management has shifted toward prioritizing profit over residents. There are noticeably more vacant storefronts now, with many restaurants closing down (first Rock&Brew and now more recently Frank Pepe's Pizza) and many spaces sitting “under construction” or “for lease” for long periods, if not forever. The community doesn’t feel as vibrant as it once did and it shows. What’s especially frustrating is that costs continue to rise, yet there’s little to no improvement or even proper maintenance of the amenities to justify those increases. Fees keep getting added or raised, but the overall living experience has declined instead of improved. It’s getting harder to see the value in staying here. One of the biggest frustrations has been the new parking system. What used to be a straightforward amenity now comes with added fees, $50 to $100 per month for more convenient parking, which feels excessive. The rollout was clearly rushed, and even staff seemed unsure how it worked. On top of that, the threat of towing over minor issues like backing into a spot feels overly aggressive. Maintenance and amenities have also declined. Fire alarms go off frequently, trash chutes and elevators are often broken, and overall upkeep doesn’t seem to match what residents are paying. Interactions with staff can feel rushed rather than attentive or helpful. There is still potential here, but management really needs to refocus on resident experience instead of adding fees and cutting corners.
