  Downright unreliable, unprofessional and lacking integrity. My parents booked a PMI property for a month in Miami near my house so they could be close to me when I give birth to my first baby. Fernando and PMI were well aware of these circumstances when we booked. They even told me there was zero flexibility on the cancellation policy in the event that God forbid I went into preterm labor, which was a risk that we were willing to take. A few weeks before my parents’ arrival, Fernando cancelled the booking out of nowhere with no explanation other than “unforeseen circumstances.” Now we are in a pinch and cannot find accommodations close to my home as it’s very last minute to secure a month long booking. I’m really hoping that my parents will be able to find a place to stay before I have the baby. Stay away from this unethical company.

  This is our 2nd time staying at the Hollywood Hills home. Very clean and spacious house. The backyard is especially nice for relaxing and watching games on the outdoor TV. The location is great as there are a lot of restaurants very close and the freeways are all within a couple of miles. We'll have no reservations about staying here again on our next trip to Ft Lauderdale.

  The villa was more beautiful than the pictures! The place was very clean and inviting. It was so much more pleasant to stay at the villa than a hotel. 100% worth it.

  We rented a property in Miami for a month. The property was excellent and overall we had great experience with Fernando and his team at PMI. Highly recommended.
