  I have lived here ar One Plantation for 3 years now. I love it here. Everyone that works here is so nice and they all work hard to keep all the residents happy. The maintenance men are always the best. Ramon is the supervisor. Ramon is the key to success to fix or solve anything, and is so friendly!!

  We had a really disappointing experience touring One Plantation Apartments. My fiancé and I originally booked for 2:00 PM, and when we realized we’d be running late, we called ahead and were told moving it to 2:30 PM was fine. We were even reassured that everything was confirmed. We actually arrived at 2:15. When we got there, the leasing manager, Valentina, immediately seemed dismissive and uninterested. She told us she could only show us one unit—the smallest 2 bed/2 bath—because someone else also had a 2:30 appointment. However, by the time we finished looking at that one apartment at 2:35, that 2:30 appointment still hadn’t even shown up. Despite that, we weren’t shown any amenities, given any real information, or made to feel welcome at all. The tour felt rushed and awkward, with her mostly standing by the door and not engaging with us. Based on this experience, we will not be moving forward with this property or giving it another chance. This was a poor first impression and not the level of professionalism we would expect when making a decision this important.

  ​"Five-Star Service from Valentina and Diana!" ​Choosing a place to live can be stressful, but the team at One Plantation made it easy. Valentina and Diana are absolute professionals—always friendly, responsive, and truly dedicated to the residents. The grounds are kept beautiful, and the atmosphere is very peaceful. It truly feels like home here. Highly recommend!

  I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The apartment itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and in a really convenient location. The community is generally quiet, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled in a timely manner. What really stands out, though, is the leasing office. Valentina and Diana have been amazing from the start. They are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. It’s clear they care about the residents and go out of their way to make things easier. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend this community to others.

  Awful service provided by the short haired lady from the office. I had an interaction that was really marked by a very condescending attitude, this was honestly surprising. It didn’t feel consistent with the level of professionalism you’d expect from someone representing the community. Given that office staff is the face of the building and interact directly with residents, this kind of experience seems to reflect poorly on overall management and potential resident experience. Hopefully it can be taken into consideration moving forward.
