Very spacious apartment and aesthetics, but sometime difficult to live here. I’ve lived here for two years prior to moving out. During the two years, there has been an “ongoing” upgrade of the security systems. The front security gate has NEVER been functional. At the beginning of 2026, the key fobs used to open doors and make the elevators move were replaced by the Brivo app. What was advertised to residents that this would fix access for guests to enter (my guests are typically grocery delivery drivers), however it made things worse and had some deliveries denied because the delivery drivers need access to the elevator but don’t because they don’t have the Brivo app. One night I had to help Plantation PD get in and up to the floor for their call because this Brivo solution is not the best. They “upgraded” to ParcelPending in the past year, however there are fewer spots to securely store packages compared to the previous solution, LuxerOne, which had shelves for each floor of the building and no packages were on the floor. I’ve had packages that should have been secured left in an unlocked room on the floor. There is no timeframe for residents to pick up packages from the ParcelPending lockers, so they may take up space for a week as more and more packages flood the floor. Response to maintenance requests vary. Sometimes they’re quick, but other times I need to submit 2 work orders over a couple days to get something resolved. Also the “emergency” line after-hours is AI-driven. I am still waiting (as of Sept. 2026) for the office to reach out to me regarding the emergency request I made 12/30/25 because the power deadbolt died and I was locked out of my unit. I doubt that they ever received my request because of their use of AI. I was lucky to find a maintenance worker in the building on a holiday to help me out and get me access again. Amenities are okay. Rooftop deck to tan. Pool and hot tub on ground floor. Tanning on the pool deck is tough because you need to do it between 11am-3pm because of the position of the parking garage and buildings. Gym has necessary machines and sauna, but a torn up bench used for free weights has been there, always torn, for the entire time I was there. For the amount of money residents are paying, this can be easily replaced

Disappointing Experience I really wanted to love this place because the community itself is great, but unfortunately the customer service and maintenance have been very disappointing. When I first moved in, the AC did not work at all, and the apartment was essentially unlivable during the first weekend. It has since been repaired, but it still does not work efficiently. It runs constantly and the apartment only gets comfortably cool at night with the doors closed. This also means we are now dealing with what will likely be a significantly higher electric bill because the AC has to run nonstop just to keep the apartment cool. The washer and dryer are also extremely old and barely function. This was brought to management’s attention, but it was never properly addressed. They really need to be replaced. There is also a tree directly in the gate/entrance area that makes entering the apartment difficult. I specifically asked for it to be removed and received no response. There also seems to be very little sense of urgency when it comes to maintenance issues. Communication has been difficult, as the maintenance worker assigned to the apartment does not speak English, making it extremely hard to explain problems or communicate what needs to be done. I genuinely love the community and the apartment has a lot of potential, but the overall customer service and lack of urgency in addressing basic living issues have been extremely frustrating, especially for someone who just moved in. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how these issues are handled.

If you are considering moving here, be prepared for severe communication delays, property management issues, and undisclosed move out charges. While living here, parking was a total nightmare for guests because residents constantly park outside instead of using the resident garage. On top of that, groups of people who don't even live on the property hang out in the garage late at night, and residents use the amenities way past hours. They claim to have security, but in my entire time living here, I only saw security come around maybe twice. The front gate didn't work the entire duration of my lease, and neighbors down the hall were frequently loud and playing music late into the night. On top of that, unit inspections felt constant. It seemed like they were happening more than three times a year or maybe more. For these inspections, management demands that you lock up your pets. As someone who works in an office, I refused to keep my friendly dog crated for over 8 hours. I tried reaching out multiple times to schedule a specific appointment window instead, but received zero response. The move out process was equally frustrating. Unlike previous apartments where move out guidance is provided immediately upon non-renewal, I had to follow up three times over several weeks and didn't receive instructions until a week before my move out date. I shouldn't have to chase management down just to ensure I leave my apartment in great condition. During our call, management explicitly confirmed that only holes larger than a coin required patching and painting, and that smaller holes would not incur any charges. After moving out, we were hit with unexpected damage charges. When I disputed this based on what management told us, they suddenly claimed there was an undisclosed limit on the number of small holes allowed a "policy" that was never communicated verbally or in writing prior to move out. While we willingly accepted responsibility for legitimate repairs, charging residents for standard small holes after explicitly confirming otherwise is completely dishonest. I’ve been trying to resolve this directly, but management has gone completely radio silent and ignored multiple follow up emails and direct messages. To make matters worse, Diana from the office called me yesterday, literally said, "I don't even know why I am calling you," and hung up the phone. I tried calling right back and got no response. This level of unprofessionalism and ghosting is completely unacceptable. The only positive experience I had here was with Valentina, who was always friendly and helpful during our initial tour and throughout our tenancy. However, management's post move out handling, lack of transparency, and disrespect toward residents make it impossible to recommend this place. Document every single conversation in writing if you decide to live here.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! DO NOT MOVE HERE! My name is Elina, and I am a realtor. I brought a client here despite the fact that they don't even work with realtors. My client applied on June 13, was approved with conditions, and then they asked us to add one more household member to the application. We did that immediately. Today is July 7, and there is still NO information and NO final decision! To be honest, it seems like the only thing they do is give tours. Every time I've been there, one manager is giving tours while another one is sitting there wearing headphones. And if you need to reach them by phone, you have to call for 3–4 hours before someone finally answers. THAT'S CRAZY! People have jobs, families, deadlines, and other things to do. If you are a leasing office, you have to RESPOND, SUPPORT, and HELP FUTURE TENANTS! At the very least, if your building isn't the right fit or you're not going to approve someone, people need enough time to apply somewhere else and move on time. These are NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS, and the level of customer service is unacceptable. To be honest, I think if you actually worked with realtors, your staff would perform much better. I will definitely think twice before even recommend this location to someone.
