  Back in the early 2000’s I stood in a queue in Walmart at University Drive and Oakland Park Boulevard. I was speaking of the difficulties selling my home. I ended my conversation, flustered mind with the associated occluded bewilderment. A kindly voice called out to me and promptly introduced herself. “Hi, I am Jenny Chedda. I’m a realtor. I couldn’t help but overhear your conversation and I am almost sure I could be of assistance to you.” She didn’t hand me a card. We chatted for a little more as we walking to the parking lot. I was buoyed by the ebullient confidence she offered. I had spoken with realtors before. The exchange quickly outpaced the fast talking sales pitches I’d heard before. Her subject knowledge quieted the confusion born of my ignorance. As a person speaking with another, the salesperson was not evident but the business progressed quickly and in a healthy way. Relating this impromptu meeting now, twenty years after the fact bears evidence of déjà vu as I contemplate selling the property I had bought when I first spoke with with Jenny Chedda.

  Several months ago I engaged Jenny Chedda of Coral Shores Realty as my real estate agent. She promptly provided me with her daily listings based on my budget and specific requests . While I browsed her listings she was very generous with her telephone time as we discussed the various options. After reviewing several possibilities we made a fitting choice.
