  My mom been living there for over five year rent starting at $490 and it was great after they sold it more than 2 times the past four years I gets worst and worst and the rent higher l,management is never there and don’t take care of the complex or the people living there and the past year is even worst than before,and they charge taxes on the land which we don’t own so we not supposed to pay taxes on the land just the mobile home. Office open only Tuesday for a few hours Agree MHC homes LLC should get new management because the one we have now is worthless and a screaming liar,she go base on what people emailed her and not by solid evidence and equality Only one star because is the low you can give but 0 star is my rate
