Management not helpful at all when it comes to taking care of flooding issues that are related to the land I am leasing. Wrote several e-mails and txt messages but never received a response. Rude and noisy neighbors. Can't wait till I move out of there and I just moved in 5 month ago. Also your water bill is split between all homes on property, no matter how many people live in that home. I pay almost $60 per month for water & sewer and I'm by myself. Ridiculous !!
