  I’ve had a great experience living at The Quinn so far. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I especially want to recognize Jalen for his outstanding customer service. From the time he helped me get situated a couple of months ago until now, he has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure everything has been taken care of. He is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. He makes you feel like you’re part of a family here, and that level of customer service is hard to find. I really appreciate everything he’s done and highly recommend The Quinn to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  Times Would be better writing this from inside the apartment but atlas I’m in my car because that’s the only place I can use my phone service provider. The WiFi is down since 6 pm last night and the gates don’t work and neither do the doors and they force you to use their WiFi inside your own unit… it would be cool if it worked! I’ve only lived here two weeks and this is the second time the electric crap hasn’t worked. It isn’t screaming luxury apartments when nothing electronically is working. It would be beneficial for them to come up with an alternative especially when people are paying over $1,600 to live here. My other complaint is nobody cleans up their dog poop in the grass which can spread disease. 🦠

  If you’re considering living at The Quinn, be aware of a few concerns that I believe prospective renters should know about. I reported seeing what I believe to be German cockroaches in the common areas. Without conducting any investigation, the property manager immediately told me they were wood roaches and said my building would be added to a list for monitoring devices. I know the difference between German and wood roaches, and I remain concerned about what I’ve been seeing. Whether they’re coming from another unit or elsewhere, I don’t want to live in an apartment community with roaches—especially at the premium rent charged here. Another ongoing issue is the cleanliness of the common areas. Management states they are cleaned weekly, but that has not been my experience. The floors are consistently dirty, suggesting they are either not being cleaned as frequently as advertised or not being cleaned thoroughly. For the amount residents pay to live here, the condition of the property should reflect that. I also raised concerns about the lack of door thresholds. Without them, there is little barrier beneath apartment doors, which raises concerns about pests moving between units. On top of that, the soundproofing is poor. You can hear nearly every footstep and everyday movement from neighboring apartments, making it difficult to enjoy a quiet living environment. Overall, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and responsiveness for the price. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend The Quinn to anyone looking for a clean, quiet apartment community. Prospective renters should carefully consider these issues before signing a lease ***update*** Thank you for your response. I did reach out to management—repeatedly—over several months before posting this review. I sent multiple emails, photo documentation, and even met with management in person regarding the cleanliness of the common areas, but the issues were not consistently addressed. I only decided to leave a public review after I became concerned about what I believe were German cockroaches in the common area and felt those concerns were not taken seriously. My review reflects my personal experience after making multiple good-faith attempts to resolve these issues privately. I hope this helps. 😊
