  The Maintenance Team, Antrone,Eric & Charles, these guys are the Best. The Hardwork and Dedication to Servicing the Residents and Community sometimes it goes unnoticed but today We wanna recognize you all for all of your hardwork by keeping our curb appeal/grounds top tier, response time to maintenence request(normally in 30mins), kind,considerate, did i mention great knowledge at what they do & all with a smile. We have lived in alot of other communities but the service team hear rocks & also the front office(The Lady's)especially Jalen (Community Manager) A True Resort Style Living. We Love it Here Thank You & We as a Community Appreciate You All, The Quinn's Community!!!

  My time at The Quinn has been nothing short of awesome! Even before deciding on this community as my place to live, the entire staff has been so kind and professional. Jalen and Madi got me set up and were beyond helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had, and removed all my worries of having to move 4 states away. The maintenance team does a great job being highly responsive and proactive. All concerns get addressed and are actioned in a timely manner. All amenities and the community grounds are always clean and functional. The area is very secure and feels safe. The team hosts fun and engaging events and activities to bring the community together, and is highly communicative of announcements or updates pertaining to the community. If you're lookin for a spot in Pensacola, this is the one!

  Absolutely wonderful! All agents were there to help and answer questions every damn step of the way, couldn't have asked for a better complex! Maintenance is also absolutely wonderful, had them come twice, and never did they take longer than 2 days to stop by and handle the issue. 🔥🔥🔥

  These apartments are super modern and very nice. quiet complex is always a plus! I was looking for apartment for a few weeks. I met Jalen while touring the apartment. Super helpful guys! Great personality, he went above and beyond during the moving process and much after!

  There is a positive update to my earlier review: Today, Mr. Osborne was present at the Quinn property to meet us and provide a tour of the apartment rented for our mother. He listened, with respect to our concerns and assured us he would personally be available to us throughout the move in process. We appreciate and are thankful to Mr. Osborn for his willingness to quickly review, address and resolve our concerns and to be available to us during the process of moving our elderly mother to The Quinn.
