- DHDaymen HallAug 11, 20265.0Living at the fountains has been pretty great the staff in the office are always kind, respectful and extremely helpful. Bella helped me get my lease set up and answered all my questions the first year, and has been more then happy to help through my time at the fountains. During my second year I have worked with Tim and Eli mostly but bella always makes a point to say hi and helps however she can. Eli and Tim are both kind, honest, and very quick with solutions to any issues I might be having. The team is also down to chat if you stop by the office as well. Rob and his maintenance team have the fastest response time to maintenance calls i have ever seen. It certainly helps that they have an office on the property and they are always transparent about response times. I will say that some of the singles are a bit older looking and that can come with some unwanted characteristics. I have had the chance to live in both an updated unit and an older looking one and while neither is perfect there isnt anything about them I would consider bad they just dont look the same and the leasing office has mentioned that updates are underway. I would say if you are considering a lease, student or not, this is a great choice. The fountains is affordable and you rent the entire unit where as in some places you might be stuck with a roommate you dont know or want. I would strongly encourage anyone to take a look for themselves. I am very happy that I did.

Maintaince never comes and my apartment got infested with flies. I am throughly glad I moved out because the rent I paid was not worth it !!!!!!
